Great place, confortable and clean; well furnished and everything functional. Just as described ( or better). Great communication and responsiveness by answering e-mails within minutes. The apartment is located in a safe gated complex close to the beach and with many ammenities and things to do in and around. Definitely I'll be coming back soon. Thanks a lot to Vasiliy and Igor for their tremendous service. Greatly reccomended! MA.

Everything was perfect in the apartment, as provided in the information page. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items you may need to prepare a quick meal, such as oil, seasoning , including coffee and tea and a bottled water fountain. We spent quality time on the patio at breakfast time, enjoying family conversations and table games in the evenings. My husband particularly enjoyed the selection of international channels available on TV. We did not get to use the swimming pool as we were busy spending most of the time outside and were there only for 3 days. Lastly, Igor, Vassily's assistant, was a true gem, very helpful, accommodating, and patient, with a great sense of humour. We were overall very happy with this host.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Vasiliy’s beautiful condo in Punta Cana and would recommend it to anyone. We appreciated the security of Cocotal - we felt safe in every way, from leaving our things in the apartment or by the pool to just walking in the grounds. There’s a security lodge at the entrance, which checks most cars as they enter, and there are security patrols around the grounds, too. The apartment itself is great: exactly like the photos. The main living space, including dining area, is large and pleasant, and the beds are comfy and clean. Air conditioning works well in both bedrooms and the fans are fine in other areas. The balcony/patio area is particularly lovely to eat and relax in, looking out over part of the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped and we really appreciated the water cooler, which was stocked with a full bottle of water (this lasted us for quite a while, but you might need to buy some bottled water at some point/ask your assistant to replace it if you’re there for longer than a week or so). The complex’s main swimming pool is brilliant: plenty of sun loungers and beds/cabanas to relax on, whether you love sun or shade! Other people at the pool were friendly and polite. There are sometimes staff at the bar, but the hours aren’t clear, so it’s a good idea to take some water with you, if you’re planning to be there for a while, or go up to the ‘19th Hole’ in the club area to get a drink. They don’t have menus out, so have a go at ordering what you want or ask for a menu. It’s best to learn a bit of Spanish for this! We spent quite a lot of time at the pool because it was so lovely, but also because the listing said that we had private beach access, which turned out not to be the case - I think this is because the Melia have stopped it. This was a bit disappointing, especially as we don’t drive and the beach is quite a walk away (possible, but not the easiest of walks, given the heat and fact that the roads are not as friendly for pedestrians as we’re used to!); however, you can get a taxi from the Palma Real shopping centre for $10 or rent a car if you wish. You will also get to visit some of the DR’s most beautiful beaches if you go on trips/excursions (e.g. the ones mentioned below). We appreciated Vasiliy’s communication before we arrived; it was great to know where we were going and to arrange transport for when we got to the airport (especially as you’re greeted by many people offering taxis as soon as you get your luggage!). We found that, on our way back, we got a fare for about half the price, but it was worth booking through Vasiliy on the way there for peace...

If you are visiting the Punta Cana area and not staying at one of Vasiliy properties you are truly wasting your time. The quick response to any and everything by Vasiliy is amazing. The apartment was beautiful and I would chose this over a prison resort anyway. The grounds were in immaculate shape. The neighbors were very friendly and the security made you feel extremely safe. This was the best vacation I have ever had and Vasiliy was apart of it being wonderful. If I could give an extra star I would because 5 isn't enough. Superb job.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vasiliy's apartment. The place is huge and had everything we needed to have a comfortable & fun visit. Vasiliy was very considerate, accommodating and was always available to answer our inquiries. It's obvious that he's the type of host that genuinely cares about his guest and our experience reflected that. I would highly recommend this space and host to anyone interested. Awesome apartment and great host! We stayed for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay at Cocotal! Communication with Vasily was always fast and easy, he was always available to help with everything you need. He can also help you with the transfer from the airport and even book excursions(recommended)! Cocotal / Apartment: This is a wonderful, well furnished, airy and clean apartment. Large living room, 2 good bedrooms and a great balcony to sit out and eat, drink or generally relax. You will have access to a nice private swimming pool but you can also enjoy Cocotal main pool. Location is perfect, really close to Palma Real Shopping where you can find good restaurants, supermarket, shops, nightclub. From the apartment it takes 5m walking to the main pool and the main gate of the resort. From the main gate is really easy to find transportation to any beach. I totally recommend renting any propertie with Vasily, you won't regret. Vasily thanks for everything and I'm sure I will return to Punta Cana. Cheers

Vasiliy and his team were great hosts for our 1 night stay. They helped arrange transportation from the airport to the airbnb for our arrival and for our departure to a nearby resort. Recommendations were also provided on things to do around Punta Cana and Vasiliy provided details for his own agency that helps coordinate expeditions and other fun things. All in all, a fun 1 night stay in a nice condo with tons of space.

We made the decision to stay at Vasiliy's place based on reviews, pictures and location. I can tell you you will not be disappointed. We really enjoy our stay at this property, had a lot of fun and wish we had stayed longer. Vasiliy was available since day one and was doing daily check ups to make sure everything was fine and in case we needed any guidance. I really appreciated his availability and guidance letting me know about places to go and offering the tours. The apartment is in a gated community that has a club with a nice pool which was convenient after spending the day at the beach. The apartment is decent size and have a terrace where during 2 nights we did a barbecue for the family. The apartment ventilation is good since it is on a second floor but get really hot during the day and night so we slept with the AC on and have fans running in all other areas during our stay. The electrical bill came up to about $8.5 dollars a day which was not cheap but acceptable. Even though you can go to a few places walking or by taxi , if you are planning to make several trips, it makes sense to rent a car.There are several beaches within a 5-20 minutes drive and lots of tours to do. We will definitely come back and give referrals to our friends to book with you.

Beautiful place! The deck area is massive and gorgeous! Found myself on most days and nights smoking a cigar and taking in the view. You are going to need a car if you plan on doing anything outside of the shopping at the mall next door. The beach is not close, and you will not be able to walk (trust me we tried). The location is super secure and Vasilly was super responsive and helpful. Fully functional kitchen and a grill so that was super nice. Great for a family or a group like mine. WORTH THE MONEY!!

Vasiliy and his team work hard to make sure your stay goes well. They are honest and truly care about your experience at their property and in Punta Caña. We had an issue with the WiFi and the pool was being repainted during our stay. Vasiliy had the WiFi repaired the next morning. If it wasn't for those small issues the stay would have been perfect. I definitely would stay at one of his properties again.

Lovely stay in a very tastefully decorated apartment. Located within a very secure and exclusive garden. The host and his representative are very aware of the needs of a traveler and provide a lot of help and information in advance. Would certainly recommend.

Vasiliy's place was great; plenty of space, a lovely (& big) back patio, & in a great location. We didn't get to enjoy the pools/property amenities as we had a short visit (1 night stay) but the property was beautiful & we'd definitely stay again with enough time to take advantage of everything to offer. Communication was amazing - Vasiliy & his assistant, Alex, were on top of everything! They booked us transportation to & from their rental - and responded to messages within minutes. Definitely very professional! When we arrived at the home, Alex offered to drive us to the local plaza/mall as we were a few hours earlier than check in. We were able to grab lunch & then walk the easy 5 minute stroll back to our place - where we felt safe & comfortable. The home is large -- master bedroom is beautiful (and really the only room we used). The extra room with 2 beds would be great for a family! The kitchen had all the utensils/supplies needed to make food - and there was a grill out on the patio. Like I said, we didn't get to take advantage of all these perks but we'd have loved to! This would be a great spot for a family or group of friends looking for an affordable & accommodating place to vacation!

Beautiful apartment in the Cocotal resort. Service was second to none in check in and out, Vasiliy and his team have got everything covered. The apartment imacculately presented and everything you need for a stay there. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay in Punta Cana.
