Lovely Secret – Charming Beach Paradise

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything was great, extremely fast reply time. Great view.

Our host was very nice from the beginning. Nice place to stay and enjoy the beach, which is a few steps from the apartment. Great communication and excellent treat to us. A place to recommend and definitely I would love to go back.

The pictures don't do this place justice especially the rooftop. Alex was a great host and even though I traveled solo I felt very comfortable. The place is literally right on the beach and walking distance to a few eating places. I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.

Very cozy condo with amazing beach access and amazing views. Everyone involved from booking to arriving and checking out was amazing and very attentive to us. Helped us book excursions which were awesome as well. Very safe and secure feeling at this location and within walking distance of alot of restaurants, bars, markets and souvenirs which is also great. Very very good vacation! Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay with Vassily who is a very nice, attentive and responsive host who really cares for his guests. We had serious problems with the water and did not appreciate the ruin (noisy at night) next to the appartment (actually next to the main bedroom). However, we liked the location, the neighboorhood and the beautiful beach.

Nous avons décidé d'aller en république dominicaine passe 8 jours avec mon épouse et notre fille, pour la première fois, étant habités aux hôtels de luxe pour ce type de vacances, nous avions un peu hésité à louer un appartement. Mais suite à ces 8 jours passés dans l'appartement de Vasiliy, nous revenons enchantés par notre séjour, car tout était au rendez vous. La gentillesse de son accueil, l'accompagnement au long de notre séjour quelque soit la question, avec réponse assurée et immédiate de sa part. Un service au petits soins. En ce qui concerne le logement, il est tout simplement incroyable, vous avez une vue depuis la terrasse solarium à couper le souffle, vous avez quasiment les pieds dans l'eau, tellement le logement est sur la plage. L'appartement est très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et possède plus de matériel de qualité que nécessaire. L'appartement est complètement équipé de climatisation, et de gros ventilateurs plafonniers, mais il est tellement bien ventilé étant en bord de mer, que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de faire fonctionner la climatisation pendant notre séjour où nous avons eu plus de 90 % du temps super ensoleillé. A préciser que la plage au pied du logement (50 m) est magnifique, propre et entretenue quotidiennement par un plagiste. on peut aussi y pratiquer de nombreuses activités nautiques. Super plage de sable blanc, avec un niveau de sécurité très appréciable. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour en République Dominicaine chez Vasiliy, et nous sommes certains que la prochaine fois nous relouerons chez Vasiliy, car nous trouvons que c'était mieux avec beaucoup plus de liberté que si nous avions été à l’hôtel comme d'habitude. Je vous conseille de louer chez Vasiliy, et vivre la même expérience. Merci pour tout et à très bientôt. Marie, Maeva et Alfonso qui reviendront sans hésiter une minute.

The best thing about this place is its proximity to the beach, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. If you stay in this area you have free access to the lounge beds on the beach. The negatives are the following: apartment was not very clean, sandy, somewhat greasy kitchen. The shower had barely any hot water and difficult to use. Bedroom got flooded during the rainy night. Otherwise, Vasiliy and his crew were helpful and ready to take care of our needs.

Very Very close to the beach, Very clean. The back of the T.V. didn't even have dust on it. Would recommend to anyone

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the apartment. The location couldn't be better. It's literally on the beach, and the views are INCREDIBLE - especially the sunsets from the roof deck! Not to mention its gorgeous private beach and easy access to really anything we wanted to do in Bavaro. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and had everything we could have needed - including great kitchen amenities & washer. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. But what made our stay especially great was Vasiliy's hospitable nature and attention to making sure we had the best experience possible. Lightning fast communication whenever we had a question or needed something. He genuinely cared - even helped us get a ride to the bus stop on our last day! His assistant, Alex, also gave us great advice about the area, which was incredibly helpful. We are already planning to stay here again and hope to be there for longer next year. Don't hesitate to book your stay here, I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed :-)

The expirience of staying at the house was really graet! The location was perfect, the beach was excellent , and the nighberhood felt really secure. The host vasiliy was really helpful and was open to every thing I needed and was really cooperative and generous. The house was clean and with lot of space and had every thing I needed! Highly recomand this place in punta cana!!!

Vasiliy and his team made this experience what it was. Certainly, the space itself is wonderful, but their accommodating, attentive nature and speedy communication made the stay seamless. They had all sorts of helpful tips and suggestions while we were in the area, and made sure we made it to our next destination safely. Thank you Vasiliy for being a excellent host with a fast response to answer my questions or issues with my stay for the week. My view from the terrace of the oceans and sounds was amazing. I cooked on the grill nightly. Walking to the local bars,groceries and adventures was less than 5mins. My pickup driver from the airport was so helpful and carried my luggage. The apartment was just like the pictures and very clean. I will book again for next year.

Vasily is a great host, i had to cancel my reservation last minute and he took care of the situation and move my reservation even with the strict cancelation policy.

We had a rocky start with the uncontrollable issues but you resolved the issues and did your best to accommodate us in the short term AND majority of our stay. In the process, we were able to view 3 of your 8 properties as well (smile). Our worries were quickly eliminated because of the kind, natural connection we had with you, Nadia and Nico. We know good people when we meet them and we consider all of you friends for life. The A8-11 will be our preferred property everytime we visit Punta Canta. It feels like home away from home and we cant wait to share it with our other friends in the near future. They will quickly become your new friends as well. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe this apartment! Beautiful, super clean, spacious, steps from an absolutely beautiful beach, easy access to 2 small grocery stores and several restaurants (be sure you have the coffee with cream at the little French Pastry Shop--so wonderfully good!), rooftop deck to die for.......the list goes on and on. And, Vasiliy was a tremendous host--took care of so many things for us--arranged transportation from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana, helped set up an excursion to Saona Island, made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions in an extremely timely manner and arranged for transportation to the Airport when we had to leave (Website hidden by Airbnb) I was a little worried to book an International stay through AirBnB, but Vasiliy made it such a wonderful experience--I won't hesitate to do it again and again.

What an amazing time! You are literally on the beach with your own special guest service to provide for you. Vasiliy was great! Made sure we had 24 hour taxi shuttle to where every we wanted. He set us up with all the excursion and gave us places to eat walking distance which was really good food. Vasiliy was very attentive and made us feel at home . He always made himself one text or call away for any issues. The beach is literally footsteps away and you can't ask for a better location. I enjoyed my stay and would come again. He also offers excursions at a fraction of the price you'd pay at a third party company or hotel .

This was my second time staying in this penthouse this year. I stayed here in June and had such a great experience with Vasiliy and loved the apartment so much that I re-booked it for my September trip. Vasiliy is the best host I have had since using AirBNB. He is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all expectations are exceeded, and that you are comfortable and also safe. I highly recommend him and plan to continue renting with him on future trips. The penthouse apartment is AMAZING. The location cannot be beaten, literally steps from the beach and the apartment has a modern luxury condo feel to it. Huge shower and bathrooms, beautiful bed and bedroom, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. It probably has one of the best views in the whole area and is an incredible value for the price. Don't hesistate, if you are lucky enough to find a time when the place is not booked, book immediately.

This cozy spot right on the beach was a romantic getaway for me and my girlfriend! Vasiliy and his staff were very prompt in answering any questions we had. Most locations were walking distance from the apartment including many of the country's top rated restaurants and nightlife. Vasiliy's space was spacious and included many amenities such as the rooftop cabana and grill which felt very private. One of the most important aspects of staying at this location was that Vasiliy offered a mobile WiFi hotspot free with our stay. This compact device allowed us to travel anywhere in the country and access WiFi so we didn't need to purchase an additional phone or data plan to be able to look up various attractions and we were able to conduct all phone calls via (Hidden by Airbnb) . The laundry unit was also a life saver because we were caught in the rain and mud a few times and we were able to wash our clothes. I would highly recommend this spot and would be so grateful to return again!

We stayed at Vasiliy’s apartment late August – Early September. It was clean, had air conditioning, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The surrounding area was quiet and residential, but not too far from the night life. The apartment was cozy, with modern décor and appliances. This apartment is ON THE BEACH, you have an amazing view from both the living room window AND the rooftop. The rooftop is amazing, the scenic view of the beach is breathtaking and truly one of a kind. Alex, the Property Manager was a PLEASURE. Easy to reach and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
