Luxury Boutique Beach Villa – Stunning Ocean View

I stayed in this home with my girlfriends and my boyfriend on our trip to Punta Cana for my 25th birthday trip. It was 6 of us total and fit us very comfortably. The house is all on one level (3rd level) and the cabanas are on the roof (4th level), that is only accessed through stairs from our level. To get up to the home you can either go up the stairs which we preferred, or use a small elevator to get to the top. There was plenty of essentials in the kitchen, utensils, silverware, oil, seasonings, napkins ect. For water they had a cold dispenser and Ana said to let her know when it runs out so she can bring a new one. Not only was the place clean and beautiful, but the communication between Vasiliy and his assistant Ana was amazing. One of the rooms had trouble with the air conditioner and they got on it right away and came over to fix the issue. Ana recommended places nearby like markets, restaurants, bars/ clubs, excursions, and she always responded promptly to our texts. She did not have to do this, but she booked our excursions (dune buggy and Scape Park) for us and would call our taxis for us which helped us maximize our time on vacation. We all speak Spanish but having Ana help us the whole time was a huge bonus! My group and I have traveled a lot together, and used many Air B&Bs but this has been our best experience yet. I would stay here again or recommend to a friend!

What a beautiful place! Me and my family had a great time. We definitely coming back. The pics here are amazing, but play no justice to the breathtaking views. And the service, hostitality, stylish touches, an unquestionable 5 stars!

Beautiful view... Vasiliy was a great host...

Vasiliy was very easy to communicate with and responses were almost immediate! He helped made our vacation go more smoothly with assistance with transportation where the rates were very competitive. He works with a transport service which was prompt and very understanding, especially when one of my family members were hurt and needed to be sent to the ER. Highly recommend renting from Vasiliy as he will surely take care of you! With regards to the rental, we rented the top floors of the building where the views were breathtaking! Makes for amazing photos and being oceanfront was very convenient as the house is surrounded by restaurants, little gift shops and lots of water sports vendors who approach you soon as you hit the sand. Make sure to bargain and not take the first price as we got a really good deal with a company where we were able to get a 3 hour tour on a small glass bottom boat to see some dolphins, swim, drink and go snorkeling for $20 US each! Of course, we tipped nicely since they gave us a good deal. Other restaurants are of walking distance as Vasiliy's description provides. Safe gated neighborhood and my family felt secure walking around even at night together. Vasily and Alex, thanks for a wonderful experience!

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away from the apartment.! The host is very helpful and always there if you need a quick answer.! We had a great weekend

Our family of 9, 7 adults and 2 grandchildren had a great time. The property is spacious, clean and has a beautiful oceanfront view and is in close proximity to most everything you need. Vasiliy and team were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to schedule our shuttle needs and make excursion recommendations. Be aware that there is no oven in the property if you are one that likes to make meals while on vacation. We however did make use of the grill which worked great. I would recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time. The place is beautiful, clean and close to restaurants. The beach is perfect. Security is great. Rooms are beautiful. We hope to have the pleasure of returning to this perfect location. Check in and check out and everything in between was great also. 10 stars.

The location couldn't be better, honestly! Right on the sand - and walking distance to a market and restaurants (our favorite was Wacamole!). Watching the sunset from the living room/porch was an absolutely joy - just so, so beautiful. Note: there are a ton of folks (in white shirts) trying to sell you things (goods/excursions, etc.) on the beach right outside of the airbnb. Just send them off with a kind, "no thank you" and continue to ignore until they get the picture. This wasn't a huge problem for us. Other notes: be sure to communicate clearly when you're checking in and checking out! Communication can be a little shoddy - and you want to make sure check-in and check-out are seamless. There were a few complaints about appliances - (an A/C unit that spit on the bed when turned on, the master bathroom shower head not screwed into the wall + a completely clogged drain), which is why this property didn't get five stars from us, but hopefully the property manager fixes them! All in all - a great stay (five stars on location alone!) for the investment.

Perfect match: Amazing property and a truly super host! Communication with Vasily was very smooth and he responded messages promptly. Alex and Ana assisted us in checking in and out and both were very professional and helpful. The apartment has spectacular views, is well equipped and was very clean. Being less than 3 hrs drive from home, we will be definitely be staying again!

From the very beginning Host was very communicative. Vasiliy would answer my email quickly. He was very helpful and responsive. As I was coming after the hurricane Irma and Maria scare. Vasiliy was honest and understood my fears about not wanting to go . He assured my that the area of the rental was not affected and that they would be waiting for our arrival. When my party arrived at the penthouse we were greeted by the assistant Igor. His assistant was awesome as well; very friendly and interactive. I was with 5 of my friends on a bachelorette weekend. The place was beautiful at the very top right on the beach! My friends enjoyed themselves loved the views and the comfortableness of the the beds. It was beyond expected. When ever I need assistance Vasiliy and his assistant Igor where there to help me and my friends. Let me give you an example. One of my friends cut her toe on a shell. I emailed Vasiliy and he immediately got back to me with an emergency number. I contacted Igor and he arranged for a driver to come and take me and my friend to the emergency room. The driver stayed and helped translate for us and took us back to the rental quickly and safely. Vasiliy and Igor kept checking on us to see if my friend was okay. I really enjoyed my stay and I high recommend staying here! They are SUPER HOST. Things you should know about the place: -You can't flush anything that does not naturally come out from your body down the toilet. - You have to pay for electricity. To keep cost low unplug things, turn of lights and turn-off ac when not in use. Open windows let breeze in. -Look at weather report. If it rains make sure to close all windows. Water will get in. -No laundry usage on site. - Ask Vasiliy about excursions, restaurants, transportation, etc. He is awesome

Vasili's place is a true paradise! The penthouse is as gorgeous as shown on the website pictures! The place is spacious with expectacular views of the ocean and it is steps from the beach! Vasili's asistants, Igor and Nicholas, were both pleasant and helpful. They did their best to make sure my family and I enjoyed our stay. Vasili was always texting and emailing us to make sure our stay was as we expected. We will definitely come back! Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

This has by far been the best Airbnb experience that I have ever had. Vasiliy and his assistant Igor where available at all times of day to answer any questions and were extremely professional. The house itself was amazing, the view was a post card view that everyone in my party of ten and myself found breathtaking. Thank you Vasiliy and Igor for a great time in Punta Cana.

This spectacular property is literally right on the white sands of Bavaro Beach. The master bedroom has an amazing view that makes you feel like you are almost right in the ocean. Almost like that infinity pool effect, but right from your bed. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the atlantic turquise blue ocean was an unforgettable experience. All four bedreems were extremely comfortable and each had its own in-suite bathroom. Being on the top floor made for a more private experience. The elevator that brings you right into the apartment and the fifth floor of the building(where the apartment is), is only accessible with a key. This provides even more privacy and security. The constant ocean breeze on that level is amazing. No need for use of the AC during the day even in August! I went with a group of 10 and we were very comfortable. The location is great too. It is within a little beach nook of a few other towhhouse style apartments. Nothing at all obstructing the amazing views from any angle. Walking distance to many cute restaurants and cafés. And there are so many opportunities for different excursions and activities. Or you can just take a day to sit back, relax and enjoy the view and the breeze. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back!!

Excelente anfitrión Vasily y todo su equipo!! Tuvimos una estadía espectacular en todos los aspectos. El lugar es maravilloso con vistas únicas al océano y la casa es espectacular además de muy amplia y cómoda! Estuvieron todo el tiempo cuidando cada detalle y nos facilitaron y organizaron excursiones increíbles, incluso una en yate privado a Isla Catalina que es un verdadero paraíso! Estamos muy agradecidos y esperamos volver pronto!

The absolute best condo I have ever stayed in we had the top two floors which were entirely private. The condo was absolutely clean Immaculate and absolutely wonderful it was spacious and had a great view of the beach. Well although it is very spacious and large and very accommodating up to 10 guests can stay it is still perfectly romantic for a couple. I plan on going back and I will rent the same condo. I would give it 10 Stars if I could but we are only allowed to give 5. All the amenities that you need are there shops restaurants Pharmacy nightlife great dinner spots. The condo had everything we needed wine glasses champagne glasses coolers in each room air conditioners wonderful beds that were absolutely amazingly comfortable. I just may have to buy the spot. I highly recommend renting this condo if you can afford it it is definitely worth it the price is very reasonable in comparison to the other units that are close by. I do not believe you will find a deal as great as this one I plan on going back as often as I can. I would love to think our hosts for allowing us to stay at his wonderful condo we plan on coming back as often as possible and we hope that we can continue to give you as many wonderful ratings as possible.

Vasiliy and his team are Rock stars! He and his team helped us to organize an event. They got all permissions one week before the event. We were shooting a video clip.They helped us a lot, they organized delivery, decorations. Vasiliy showed me the best angles to make photos and videos. The only challenge was parking for our bus. But Vasiliy managed to organize parking in the nearby restaurant and things worked perfect. The place Is just Perfect! The photos cannot reflect even a part of the beauty! If you want to have some perfect pictures, this is the place!
