The space
This comfortable and family-friendly apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom features two full-size beds. Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The second bathroom is not adjacent to the bedrooms, but it also has a toilet and a bathtub. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The apartment is ideal for up to 5 people: 2 people can sleep in each bedroom and the fifth person can sleep on the sofa in the living room (pay attention: it is not a sofa bed, but just a common sofa large enough for one person to sleep there).
The living room boasts a large comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Have a rest and enjoy some TV programs or just a wonderful view from the window, while relaxing on this sofa. The apartment has Internet and TV from the best provider in the region.
A spacious balcony has a table and 4 chairs for you to observe the golf course and golf players.
A kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipment, such as a stove, a big fridge, tableware, water dispenser etc. There is also a washing and drying machine.
The apartment has a private parking lot.
You can access a residential swimming pool with chaise lounges.

We are proud of the unique location of this apartment: in the center of Bavaro, on the territory of the secure gated community. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Only residents with special passes can access the community. We will issue special temporary passes for you.
- The price of electricity is not included in the rental price. During your check-in and check-out we will note the electricity meter readings so that you pay the electricity consumed during your stay.
- Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with the professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please, let me know beforehand.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation are carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
Neighborhood
This lovely residence is located right in the center of the World-famous golf club of Cocotal with its amazing views. Where else can you combine your vacation with improving your golf skills or taking a couple of lessons?
Moreover, the residential complex features a small grocery store and a restaurant.
If you decide to take a break from your training, you can bask in the sun for a while on the amazing white-sand Bavaro beach not far from the residence (5 minutes driving). Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, have a meal in a good company at international cuisine restaurants or a refreshing drink in one of numerous bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.

The view is wonderful. The pool was for us a daily cool down. The pool is also regularly cleaned. The location is ok. The distance to the beach is about 1,5 km. If you want to take part in excursions, the bus will pick you up and take you to the entrance which is good. The apartment is spacious, but unfortunately not worth 5 stars. The mattress had stains, toilet was not clean, sofa and carpet have an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately the glasses as well as the cutlery were not really clean. We had to clean everything again. You can't lock the balcony either, which gave us a queasy feeling.

Nice place, in gated, secured community. Awesome AC, definitely worth the bill. Pool & scenery was nice. Was a ways from everything & required a lot of money to continue take taxis to places.

We were really happy with our short stay with Vasiliy. He meet us personally next to the building. He described the surrounding and gave us all necessary instructions. We were worrying about some loud neighbors but all was good. Amazing experience!

This stay was perfect for us, we were on a business and leisure trip. Well situated and most of our business contacts live/stay in the resedential area. We had a tights schedule however the apartment was perfect for our need... and yes we used the pool each evening!

Keep in mind that you will need to pay a higher price for the electric energy! They wrote on airbnb but we didn’t read about this. And our value was 30 dollars per 3 days ♂️. They don’t have essencial itens for the shower. Anyway, the place is beautiful! Highly recommended!

Wonderful place. Very quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very helpful and resourceful, and easy check in and out. What you see is what you get, the place is very clean and spacious not too far from food areas across the street from the main entrance. I would definitely book again and or reccommend a friend.

L appartement est exceptionnel avec une vue splendide. De très nombreuses serviettes sont fournies. C est un appartement immense , idéal pour une famille ou pour deux couples d amis. Il se trouve dans une résidence ultra sécurisée, il faut montrer au portier la carte d’accès pour y entrer. Des vigiles circulent jour et nuit . L accès à l immense piscine est hyper Agréable et la petite piscine en bas de l’immeuble très calme et reposante. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 10 jours chez vasili , nous nous sommes vraiment reposé. L idéal est de louer une voiture ( 50 euros par jour ) pour aller jusqu’à la plage de Macao qui est sauvage , aucun hôtel sur le bord et épargnée des algues sargasses !! Vasili n’était pas présent lors de notre séjour mais il a été très réactif à nos demandes. En 5 minutes nous avions une personne qui sonnait à la porte pour réparer le lave linge !! Je recommande vivement ce logement, surtout si vous êtes joueur de golf ! À très bientôt j espère

This place was exactly as shown in pictures and as described. It was clean and a beautiful, safe location. Our family of 5 stayed for 6 days. The kids loved the big pool near the clubhouse and we were there part of each day. We also loved our patio that overlooked the golf course. Nice place to sit in the morning and we ate breakfasts and lunches out there at the table. Vasiliy is very quick to respond to messages. He was flexible when we arrived later than we thought due to some issues when getting our rental car. He also helped us book a snorkeling excursion and sent a driver to pick us up and take us directly to the boat. We would definitely recommend this place when visiting Punta Cana, and do suggest renting a car to get to beaches, get groceries, etc.

What wasn't there to love about this place?! Check in was a breeze. The place was a lot bigger than expected and for such a great price! The location of this place is also perfect. We were literally 10 minutes away from the necessities and tops 30 minutes from extracurricular places. The best part about this place is that it is a private gated community so safety was never a concern. A couple things to note for this place is that there are two entrances, so make sure when checking in that you go to the gate where there is a roundabout. Also for hot water, there is a switch you have to turn on before getting some. Just make sure that you wait at least 20 minutes or so before showering. When we wanted to do the Isla Saona excursion, they were great in providing us with transportation and setting up the whole thing. Of course, with this being our first time doing excursions outside of a resort, we were not aware of how strict the timing was, so we missed our ride. Luckily, the host was able to help us reschedule it since normally if you miss - you miss. Overall, this place and the hosts were fantastic! Definitely some words of advice... know SOME Spanish to speak to the locals and figure out a way to keep in contact with the host or get directions without wifi.

Vasiliy's place was nothing short of amazing, everything is exactly as shown in pictures and in a very safe area. The check-in process was smooth and the apartment was very spacious and clean. My family and I had an amazing time and highly recommend Vasiliy's place to anyone visiting Punta Cana.
