The space
If you are looking for your place in the tropical paradise, you have found it! It is a cozy and fully furnished apartment full of natural light, with impressive views from the balcony and the windows, three bedrooms (2 with king size beds and 1 with a queen size bed) and three bathrooms (3 showers). Upon request, we can provide an air mattress so that up to 8 people can comfortably stay at the apartment. You will also have fresh linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel.
A fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove and a coffee maker). There is a BBQ on the balcony: spend time with your family or friends, enjoying a tasty meal and wonderful ocean views!

First off the location of the apartment is AMAZING. The beach is literally at your door step. Amazing view to wake up too and Amazing view to watch the sunset. The apartment is also in walking distance of a beach bar. There’s 3 restaurants on the property and a couple bars/eatery spots within in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and filled with all necessities... toiletries, hand soap, pots, pans, towels, grill, Wifi....etc. Most important the host was very helpful and catered to all my needs. The refrigerator stop working and the host had a technical their within 1 hour to fix it. There was something wrong with the gas to power the stove and the host had someone come within 30 minutes to fix it. I was so happy how the host handle my needs and did so in a timely manner. Overall this apartment is in an AMAZING location and when I return to the Punta Cuna, I definitely would look to rent this apartment again.

It wasn't the first time that I saw that this team is very cool! They surprise me each time I stay at their properties. Table setting, cleanliness, comfort, live flowers .... What could be better? - Friendly guys who are 24/7 ready to help. At night, the Internet was weak, and I had to send my project. I called them at night and in a few minutes they solved this problem.

This apartment is spectacular and directly on the beach! The view from the living room, dining room, and patio is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need (besides food) is provided for you. If you need anything, they go above and beyond to get it for you. Anna was always very fast with responses when you needed something. She had lots of recommendations for things to do around town and where to eat. It was perfect for our family and we will most definitely be going back for our next family vacation!

This place has one of the best views and beaches in the area..they keep the seaweed cleaned up well...if you want a place to stay that is private without all the resort crowds this is it!... guards at the gate and at the beach....restaurants are mins away and good.. diving just a short walk down the beach...

The location was amazing! The pictures was 100% accurate. The apartment was beautiful. Right off the beach next to a few places you can explore. Normally I stay at the Hard Rock resort, but this trip I wanted to stay in the city. I’m glad I decided to stay at this property. It was amazing!! Had a few issues with water, but Anna and the crew worked round the clock to make sure everything was fixed in a reasonable timeframe and that’s all I could ask for. I setup an excursion with the family through Anna and it was fun. Anna was fantastic! I will definitely stay at another Vasiliy property in the near future.

What a great place! We had a 5 night stay here and got back yesterday! .In a secure complex with spectacular views. We spent a lot of time in and out on the beach and sitting around the table! This meant we were able to cook breakfast make our own mojitos and have a lovely time staring out at the views within each other’s company. We barely used the AC as you get a lovely sea breeze coming through. Vasiliy, Anna and Nico responded as soon as possible and were very accommodating. If you are looking for a very relaxing beach apartment, with excellent communication with the host then this is definitely the one!!

The view and location is AWESOME. Unbeatable. However the unit is not maintained well. It is deceiving in the pictures. One shower had a very dirty floor, (grimy), the faucets were poorly spray painted to try to look upgraded. There were pots in cupboard that were not clean. We did not have hot water in 2 of our 3 bathrooms or the kitchen for most of our stay. The host said they were trying to find someone to come out. Finally on last day, a technician determined that the breakers needed to be turned on . This is such an easy fix, that the host should have someone on staff that would know those things. Since this is a humid climate, many windows were either difficult to open or wouldn't open. Again, this is a maintenance issue. Our hostess, Anna, was nice and accommodating for the duration of our stay for the normal items, water, towels etc. She even offered to have our clothes washed as the washer in the unit was broken. However the unit's owner, needs to do some upgrades, renovating and MAINTENANCE.

If you are looking for a spacious beachfront property with breathtaking views, you must call Vasiliy. He is phenomenal! He will provide local points of interests and trusted/recommended excursions. Property has three bed bedrooms with king size beds and three bathrooms. It was great to have such a beautiful living/dining room area that you can see the beach in every direction.

This apartment was literally beach front and amazing! The apartment was spacious and fit a lot of people comfortably! The apartment had a small terrace overlooking the beach which was perfect for lunch or a quick break from under the sun while still enjoying the beauty in front of you. Vasiliy went absolutely above and beyond as our host and even helped with things outside of just our stay. He was extremely quick to answer and very accommodating. We definitely look forward to coming here again!
