Unique Private Retreat – Breathtaking Ocean View

This was my first time using Airbnb so I was a little uneasy but I’m so glad I did it! The apartment turned out to be just like the pictures absolutely amazing! The rooms were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the beach was the icing on the cake! You do pay for electricity but it’s inexpensive, we stayed 4 nights ( 3 couples) and our total was 41.00. Vasiliy was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had, he even setup our pickup from the Airport. Alex was also great he gave us tips on what to do and where to go. Everything about this place including the hosts get a perfect 10 from me!

This is a fabulous beachside condo with stunning views, identical to the pictures on Airbnb. The proximity to multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores and a fruit stand made staying locally without a car very reasonable. We requested airport pick up and drop off, and Vasiliy arranged this - we had fabulous chauffeurs and great door-to-door service. Generally speaking the area is relatively quiet and neighbors are respectful. We were there Monday through Friday, and only had an issue with noise Thursday night when a nearby resort was throwing a beach party that lasted until 10pm. Restaurants that we really enjoyed were Wacamole (Taco Tuesday!), Citrus (higher end, delicious seafood), and TOC on the beach - where we had great shrimp tacos. Joy popsicle has delicious popsicles made from local fruits - perfect for an afternoon snack, and I really enjoyed a massage that I got from Spa Natural Center - walking distance from the condo.

Incredible place, the pictures are amazing and still don’t do the location justice. Breezy and airy with the perfect balcony overlooking the ocean. Great service, very clean apartment, absolutely stunning views. Check in was easy and prompt and we will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Vasiliy and Alex were both very helpful, can’t recommend this place enough.

Great condo and building in an amazing locations. Close to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. Very responsive host with a fantastic team that ensures you are not worrying about anything upon arrival. Friendly locals and safe.

We loved this place! It was a very nice, spacious apartment on a really nice beach. Views were incredible. Wifi worked great. It was walking distance to several delicious restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our short trip very much. The apartment is slightly more broken in than in the photos, but overall, very nice. There was a nice breeze each night and we actually didn't need the a/c. Power for the whole three days only cost $5, which was surprisingly low. Although we did not use the lights much. The only con would be that there wasn't great communication about the parking situation. There is no parking space for the unit. I wish this would have been explained to us. But we were told we could park literally anywhere, including the restaurant that was next door. Well, first night our car got locked in by a cable with the restaurant. The next day, the air was let out of one of our tires, which really screwed up the day. We ended up parking by the entrance to the community about 1/4 mile away. No problems that time. But this was an inconvenience that easily could have been avoided. The house could use a manual for that kind of thing. The host was short with us and acted annoyed on the phone. The other assistant Ana was VERY nice.

This was our family's New Year's holiday, and it was a great one thanks to Vasiliy and his assistant Alex who made sure our whole stay went without a hitch. The great service started with our arrival, when they offered to arrange for our transportation, and so once we got off the plane there was a private driver with a sign waiting to take us to the property. He was very polite and helpful and even kind enough to make a quick stop at a pharmacy before getting to the apartment. Once we got there, Alex (Vasiliy's assistant) was there to greet us and to inform us that since we got there before check-in time, they were still cleaning the property, but that we could wait in one of the surrounding restaurants while he made sure to take our bags upstairs (beware, it's 3 stories up, no elevator). After our short wait, we went inside the apartment with Alex and he explained everything and gave us the "grand tour", we exchanged cellphone numbers and he left us to settle in. From then on everything went smoothly, we really enjoyed the view (absolutely stunning), the comfortable beds and linens, the A/C in every room, and even took advantage of the big TV with Netflix. The WIFI works very well and it has good speed, just as long as you stay on the top floor. I don't know why, but it wouldn't really reach the downstairs bedrooms very well. But since we really didn't have any real need for it, it did not pose a big problem for us... Just something to keep in mind. But overall, we only had a couple of mishaps where the water in the apartment was cut-off for a little while due to issues in plumbing that were out of Alex's and Vasiliy's control. But nevertheless, they BOTH acted as fast as possible, and made sure it was all sorted out as quickly as they could. So it was not a big deal. They also offered a cleaning service (at an additional cost) which we used twice during our week-long stay, and we were pretty satisfied with it. The place is incredibly well located, with all sorts of shops, restaurants, beach clubs and attractions just a short walk away. The beach is mere steps away from the apartment, and there are sun-chairs available which come in really handy. There's also a private pool you can use just as long as you order something from the bar (I would recommend the local beer: Presidente). The beach is super calm and family-friendly, and on top of that, there are no big waves so my nieces (9 y/o and 1.5 y/o) really enjoyed it. Over all, it was a GREAT stay and we would definitely come back to Vasiliy's property, no question about it. Thanks again for everything! We had an amazing time!

Its a nice apartment, the view is spectacular, and the rooms are very spacey. We expected 4 big bed, for 8 people but one of the beds was inflatable, it was ok, but expected a bed for the price we were paying. the cleaning needs a little help but its manageable. The owner and his assistant are very quick to respond to all your needs.

We had a great stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Alex was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Excellent location and views, 100% recommended!

The apartments are so close to the beach you can't realise if you are on a beach or in the yard :) spacious rooms, windy terrace, huge beds, great kitchen equipment and extra clean! Vasiliy was polite and answers very quickly and clearly. Great stay for friends!

The view from the spacious balcony of both sunrise over the water and moonlight was absolutely captivating.... Tranquility.

This property was worth every dollar. It is literally steps away from the beach and the all white is breathtaking. The view is incredible and surreal. This home made our trip perfect. Not only was the owner Vasiliy incredible so was his assistant Igor. Vasiliy ensured that each person from my group made it to the apartment safely. Igor insured that we knew where everything was located and was a phone call away if we needed anything. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Punta Cana look no further and book this place, you won’t regret it!

The place here was AMAZING. The condo was as beautiful as advertised and right on the beach as promised! Vasiliy and his team go out of their way to ensure your trip is everything you want it to be! My host Igor was amazing, he partied with on my B-day after my friends got held up in Miami after Irma and couldn't get to the island. I can only give 5 stars otherwise I would give more!

La casa es muy bonita, una excelente ubicación y el edificio es cómodo. La cocina es básica, a falta de utensilios y menaje de cocina. La nevera se quedaba algo escasa para 7 huéspedes. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado del salón era insuficiente para el tamaño del espacio, recomendaría abrir las ventanas para crear corriente y sea mas agradable. La presentación de la casa, recibimiento y salida extraordinarios. La playa es de fácil acceso y practica para los visitantes. Muy agradecida al anfitrión por su interés en atendernos lo mejor posible.

We have stayed 7 days at this house and I can easily recommend everyone to stay in the house.Photos of the houses are definetely reflected the truth.Vasily and his assistance Igor were perfect.Igor has done many things to things to get better.We haven't seen such a fast guy like him before..This house was fantastics.Hope to come back next year.

We loved staying at this Air BNB. Vasily set us up with a driver from the airport as well as for any excursions. He made sure we had the same driver every time. The place is exactly as described and the view simply is amazing. Waking up to that every day was great. We have stayed at 3 air BNB's and this was our favorite. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Jellyfish(my favorite, try the sea bass) was a 30 minute walk via the beach. Every other place we are at was much closer including "PASSION". I strongly suggest you check out both places. Passion is expensive but well worth it. Also check out Joy which is very close for breakfast and homemade popsicles(butterfinger). Tronco, which is the closest was very good as well. The rooms were great with colorful themes. Two out of the three had fantastic views but you don't need it with the balcony view. If we come back to Punta Cana we will for sure stay here again. Thanks Vasily

We had an amazing time at Vasiliy's place. The view was amazing and we were provided all the guidance and info we needed to make our trip exciting and memorable. This was a very nice place to come home to every evening after long days out in the sun. It was completely equipped with everything we expected it to be. The a/c units in each of the bedrooms were nice and made for a good night's sleep each evening. Vasiliy arranged pick up and drop off transportation from the airport for us and we had Igor, a nice man who worked with him, book all of our excursions for us which made for a completely stress free time in Punta Cana. If we had questions, Igor or Vasiliy would respond almost immediately with guidance which was very reassuring when traveling in an unfamiliar country. Thanks again for everything. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a truly amazing property that is perfect for groups. It is conveniently located right on the beach and to lots of activities and restaurants in the area. The apartment is exactly as described with amazing views of the ocean and spacious clean rooms with excellent WiFi. Vasiliy and his assistants were very helpful and very responsive to any inquiries at all hours of the day. Their assistance with recommendations and coordinating activities was immensely helpful and made everything a lot more convenient. Will definitely use again in the future. Todo está como lo promociona, limpio, cómodo y pegado a la playa. Vasiliy y su personal son muy atentos, muy respetuosos y contestan superior rápido cualquier duda o petición. En verdad, una gran parte del éxito de nuestra estancia fueron Vasiliy y su equipo.

Indeed it's a beautiful apartment and the location is superb. Just feet away from the beach and sand and you're in paradise. Apartment is spacious, has plenty of windows, glass doors with breathtaking views. Overall apartment, was true to description. Day or night time swimming, you're safe due to ever present security so safety is your last worry because it's been taken care of. Restaurants are walking distance with reasonable prices. Lastly, reaching out to Vasiliy with questions or inquiries about excursions was a breeze, always getting a prompt response with fair prices. As a family we were very satisfied with our stay and beats any resort in price and most all, experience.

Vasiliy's apartment is amazing! There is a breathtaking from the balcony which overlooks the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with water, coffee, and other essentials. There are air conditioners in each bedroom to cool off from the hot sun and humidity. There is also wifi.... and it works great! Not only is the apartment great, but so was the service! Vasiliy was very responsive anytime I would message him. My friends and I stayed at the apartment to host a bachelorette party and Vasiliy and his wife provided balloons and champagne! His assistants are also great. When we first arrived to the apartment, we were worried we would have to bring our bags up 3 flights of stairs. Vasiliy's team brought all of our bags up, gave us a tour of the apartment and told us good places to eat. We were also able to set up airport transfers through Vasiliy which was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. Overall, we had a great experience!
