Happy New Year!!! Wow!!! After a couple bad experiences with Airbnb, we were a bit skeptical that we would ever book with them again. However, this was an incredible experience. Completely the opposite of what was expected. Everything from check in(Thank you Anna!) to answering questions about simple things, to check out , was flawless. We were always treated as if we were their only concern throughout our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful and very safe. We aren’t golfers but enjoyed the view of the fairway from the terrace off our apartment. Finally, I left a pair of shoes in the apartment and he offered to ship them back to me immediately! Thank you so much Vasiliy!!! We will be back soon!!!!! Catherine and Family!!!

Everything was clean

I am going to make this short and sweet. Vasiliy place is top notch. The pictures online doesn’t compare to seeing this place in person. I love the personal touches to the place. Vasiliy’s place was so comfortable and inviting I didn’t want to leave,unfortunately it was time for me to go. I will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely loved it ! I highly recommend this place to couples who want privacy and peacefulness ! Julia and Anna were very helpful and professional! Any questions we had were answered promptly! We will be coming back to this property!

Vasiliy’s place is EXACTLY as pictured, absolutely stunning! This was my first trip to Punta Cana and it was amazing! The location is perfect as it’s not too far from the airport and not too far from activities. Our host made Checkin/checkout a breeze and was super helpful when referring us to places to eat and local activities. I plan on returning to Punta Cana later this year and definitely plan to stay at Vasiliy’s again. You won’t regret booking this place.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Punta Cana. The apartment is beautiful and clean, and has everything you need, plus more. Great communication with the host. She answered all of our questions and took care of all our concerns quickly. I had a wonderful stay here.

Anybody visiting Punta Cana should definitely stay in this property. The apartment villa style setup is accurate and very clean. An added bonus is working with the personal assistant who was very helpful and caring. Sign up for one of the activities to see the Adventures of Punta Cana because it’s worth the experience. I definitely recommend anybody who has a family or just a guys/girls trip to stay here. The cons about the place is that it’s a quiet family orientated residential area, so noise levels after 12 should be reduced. Besides that a excellent place, and would recommend it to all.

We fell in love with the set up of the apartment. It provided a great amount of space and was comfortable throughout. The location was convenient for mobility and security was an added bonus. Our vacation coordinator Anna was the highlight of our stay because she made everything possible for us. Every question we had or excursion we wanted to experience, Anna took care of us and found the best deal for our enjoyment as well as budget. Vasiliy's place is a gem! I will be in Punta Cana again in the future and could not imagine staying anywhere else

We had a weekend stay, apartment is just as in the pictures, easy check in and host availability to assist. To go to the beach you need a car or arrange transport to get there. Big and small pools available.

Great vacation spent at Vasiliy’s apartment located at the beautiful residential Cocotal. The place was cozy, clean with all amenities we needed. We felt like home while being away from home. Special thanks to Nicholas who came fast to fix an issue we had with the TV and to Anna for being such a friendly lady who made our check in and check out so easy. Good job guys, we will be back

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Vasiliy! Die Wohnung ist super schön und komfortabel eingerichtet - die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber! In der Umgebung gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man super mit dem Auto erreichen konnte. Anna hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sehr viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen und co gegeben! Wir waren mit dem Appartment rundum zufrieden und würden es definitiv jeder Zeit bevorzugen :-)

El apartamento tiene el tamaño y los espacios perfectos para una pareja o un grupo de 4 personas. La decoración es muy linda y creativa. Tiene parqueo. Aunque casi no lo usamos porque pasamos mucho tiempo fuera del apartamento, el tiempo que estuvimos dentro fue muy acogedor y no nos faltó nada. Aunque no tiene piscina, la piscina común es muy grande, tranquila y limpia. Definitivamente volvería a rentarle. Ana fue muy amable y atenta. Estuvimos de viernes en la noche a domingo y solo pagamos unos 13 o 15 dólares por el consumo de la electricidad. Tienen aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Recomendado!!

Safe, beautiful & clean apartment

My wife and 3 children had a great time for 2 weeks over Christmas at Vasiliy's place. The apartment is in a very safe location - we never felt threatened or unsafe in any way while in the gated community. The apartment is just like the pictures show. As others have said, the patio/deck is very nice and spacious - we used the grill frequently. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for the week. We had an issue upon arriving at the airport in Punta Cana with our car rental, which we made over a month before the trip. Even though we had a confirmed reservation with National, when we arrived at the counter there was an irate customer in front of us who told us he was being told they had no cars available in stock. After an hour of him arguing with them, they gave him a much smaller car at double the rate of what he was quoted. We had tons of luggage, so that was not an option for us. We ended up after 2 hours, taking a taxi to Vasily's place. I contacted our travel department and we made another reservation through National with the Down Town Punta Cana office. Same frustrating scenario, despite a confirmed reservation they had no cars in stock. Being there for 2 weeks we definitely needed a car rental (unless you plan on just going to the swimming pool and playing golf, you do need a car rental to visit the beaches or other attractions). This is where Vasiliy's assistant, Ana was such a great help. She arranged for a local car rental for us (even though it was a very small car that had clearly been in a fender bender or two - and a cracked windshield, it allowed us to get around where we needed). The weather was gorgeous every day for 2 weeks. It is very hot during the day and you definitely need the air conditioning on at night, but we kept it on most of the time, along with the fans. Also used the washing machine a few times. You have to heat the water before if you want a hot shower and remember to turn it off since it uses a lot of electricity. We probably maxed out on the amount of electricity you could use and it was quite expensive (worked out to $280 for 14 days or exactly $20 per day - again this would be a maximum...I had read in other reviews most people spent less than $10 per day) I golfed twice ($140 green fees, $55 cart rental, $55 for club rentals), so not something I could do more than a few times. Golf course is very nice, in great shape and would be a great place to go if you were going for a golf vacation. This place was very clean and had a great outdoor area overlooking Cocotal golf course. Alex and Vasiliy were very kind. Also a very safe neighborhood with a little market you can get pretty much anything you need. Highly recommend!

Excelente apartamento, bello, muy cómodo y bien ubicado!!! Tal como luce en las fotografías. Para los que necesitan dormir a oscuras lleven tapas ojos pues la claridad en las mañanas es muy fuerte en la habitación. Paciencia con la garita de seguridad al entrar o salir del complejo. Ya al culminar la estancia pídanle a Igor o al encargado que les retiren los pases en la garita de seguridad pues sin pases no podrán salir.
