Everything was excellent! I enjoyed my stay, and I think to come back here in the future. As I wish I would stay longer here. The place was beautiful and clean. I also liked the location. The place was very beautiful and looks just like the photos from the Air BNB page. Views from the living room, master bedroom, balcony and rooftop are truly amazing. The condo is also located inside of a gated community (there are two security gates and multiple security guards) which is something that I would highly recommend if you are not staying at a resort, and even moreso if you have a group of women traveling together (I'm a man). There is also a great restaurant (Soles) on the beach next to the building and plenty of water / beach activities available in front of the building, so you never feel like you're missing out by not staying at a resort. Just remember to never accept stated prices from local beach vendors, as you can get everything for 50% or less of the price the vendor is telling you. For example, a beach vendor tried charging $100 USD for photos with exotic animals but i was able to get the pictures for $10 USD after haggling. Could have probably gone lower but i didn't want to waste any more time.

These guys made my tour of the Dominican Republic unforgettable. I love to travel and it is very difficult to surprise me with something. This team really surprised me. I asked them to choose an apartment and an excursion to their taste. I thought it would be something simple. Honestly, I did not think that the quality will be at this level. The guys have done it. I felt safe and everything was perfect clean. Their proposed tour was wonderful. I personally talked with Vasiliy when we were on a field trip. Diving is a cool thing. Thank you!

This will he the place for me anytime I am in Punta Cana! The views are magnificent! We never closed the windows. Anna was on point with everything and gave quick responses to all of our request. Vasiliy and Anna were by far the best communicating Airbnb hosts I've ever had. Every message before and during the trip received a reply within a matter of minutes. Really exceptional service. They were so helpful in arranging transportation throughout my trip and also very accommodating of my many questions prior to arrival about the amenities and various nearby activities. The pictures make this seem a bit newer and more modern than it is but overall still a beautiful unit with fantastic location just 5 steps from the beach. There were some minor cleanliness issues (sand and dust on floors, bedsheets that had some stains) but some of that to be expected with a house right on the beach exposed to the elements. We did find some ants on one bed and a cockroach in the kitchen - again to be expected with a tropical location but still not great. Vasiliy was incredibly quick to help though and sent a cleaning crew immediately which was very much appreciated. Overall highly recommend this place. Perfect for 8 people. Any more and some folks will be on a mattress in the living room. Location is fantastic with good restaurants nearby (Soles, Wacamole, Joy).

Fantastic location right on powdery sand beach with warm water. Two large terraces with gorgeous views of the ocean, dining table for outside eating, and spectacular sunrises and night skies. Main great room has two window walls with cooling breezes flowing through that eliminated the need for AC except for those who like it at night in their bedroom. Vasiliy and Anna were outstanding in their communications, and Vasiliy replies immediately when you contact him. Both were extremely helpful with arranging shuttles, excursions, etc. They also provided pure drinking water for us for the entire stay. There is a spa offering massages and health treatments just a couple minutes walk down the block, and also some nice eateries and the small town a short walk away (5-20 minutes).

Spectacular views with gorgeous beachfront location!!! Centrally located in the middle of a pristine beach with all inclusive resorts on both sides, this penthouse apartment includes the entire 5th floor of the building with a private rooftop terrace. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included as well. Anna kindly lined up transportation from the airport and we did not need to rent a car as we walked to fine dining down the beach to Jellyfish restaurant and up the beach to TOC taco bar beach front restaurant for fish tacos and breakfast. Also just behind the building down the lane is Popsicles- fantastic breakfast and popsicles, and awesome pizza at the Italian restaurant. WE walked through the village to grocery shop. The streets are a mess with much construction, once you leave the guarded gated community. We did use the air conditioning only in bedrooms at night to sleep as it was very hot and humid in September, costing an additional $130 for 6 nights. The locals on the beach try to get you into their shops and are quite aggressive but really very friendly once you engage in conversation. We knew all their names after a week of daily beach walking: There was Tony downstairs, Tony next door, cheapy Tony, and Santa Clause. FYI Never pay asking price! They expect to bargain. Its kinda fun once you get the hang of it. I do recommend the boat excursion taking you snorkeling and to the shark petting ocean pool. You can bargain down from $50 per head.
