A cozy three-bedroom penthouse surrounded by tropical vegetation and situated only in a three-minute walking distance from Los Corales beach, Bavaro. There are several restaurants right near the penthouse. It is equipped with three beds (2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed). An air mattress is provided by request. The apartment can host up to 8 people in total. A fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with BBQ and a living room with a TV. Internet from the best provider.

The space

This penthouse on the first and second floor of not a large building surrounded by tropical vegetation features three bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen-size bed. An air mattress is provided upon request so that up to 8 people can stay comfortably in the apartment. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa and a table, as well as a TV. Internet from the best provider in the region. A fully equipped kitchen has everything for cooking. The terrace has a BBQ and enough space to breathe fresh air and enjoy a view over evergreen vegetation.
Attention: there is no elevator, it is necessary to go up the stairs to access the penthouse.
The apartment is situated in only a two-minute walking distance from famous Los Corales beach and only a couple of steps away from cafes and restaurants. You do not need to walk a long way to enjoy a delicious breakfast!

    The house is absolutely amazing beyond stunning!!! Every single room is huge and as described here - what you see in pics is exactly what you get!! Each room has AC- big very comfortable beds- TV and private bathroom with plenty of space!! Even the living room has AC too. The house is BIG perfect for a big family or group / a few couples. There is another room upstairs also another private patio with everything you need even your own private grill - chairs table and outdoor furniture. The house has everything you need!! Vasily and his staff especially Nico are by far the nicest ppl - most accommodating respectful , professional easy going people I have ever met!! They respond 100% every time if u need anything they are there within minutes to resolve anything offering a solution and making sure you have a great time during your stay at their property . The house is located in a very safe complex with guards outside at the entrance all day and all night! Also have guards walking everywhere in the complex all day very friendly people at all times. There is an amazing Italian restaurant 2 min from the house inside the complex also a coffee place called JOY open from super early till late offering amazing and very affordable breakfast lunch snacks and dinner!! They have free wifi and they are always there to help the food is delicious. The beach is across from the Italian pizzeria basically 4 min walking and u don't leave the complex basically. If u are going there and planing on going around the city u need a car! Otherwise it's $25 anywhere you go each way . We were there 13 nights , we did grocery shopping at a store 5 blocks from the house but we took taxi a few times to go to Hard Rock casino for dinner and to see other areas u even have the guard from the entrance call u a safe and secure driver/ taxi and it's secure. I will highly recommend his house and no doubt vasily and all his team are incredible and extremely helpful anytime at all times!! It is a huge house so plenty of rooms and space for many ppl. I can't thank him and his staff enough for all their help and outstanding customer service since DAY ONE when we booked he has been on top of everything always!!! Best Airbnb experience!!! I will go back any time to any of his amazing and beautiful properties! Enjoy your next vacation and I can assure you will not be disappointed with this house or hostess!!! Gracias gracias!!!     I Stayed at Vasiliy's place with my friends, its a nice comfort place close to the beach and restaurant. Vasiliy was great host!! We enjoyed staying there!

    The positive side: The home was beautiful and just minutes of walking distance to the beach. The separate room was nice having it upstairs. The down side: the outlets didn't seem to work well for me. I'd plug in my charger from the US and it wouldn't ever charge it passed 10% throughout the whole night. I tried all outlets. Extra charge for electricity. There is an extra fee for electricity for those who don't look at house rules. My mom, baby, and I left the gated community and walked 2 blocks to the restaurants and on our way back my mom got her purse snatched from her. I don't recommend to be out after dark.

The promptness in response from the host was unparalleled. I travel for business frequently and rarely do I get immediate attention when there is an issue. The host and his family are amazing! All in all, I honestly can't wait to bring my boyfriend back here for a proper vacation to enjoy this house so much more. Stay here.. you will NOT regret it!!!! <3
