Unique Private Retreat – Breathtaking Ocean View

I was more than pleased with this spot. Me and boys really enjoyed ourselves. The view was breath taking. Just like the pictures. The owners were very nice and professional. I will definitely be back there in November. Thanks Vasiliy for everything. This could be a family trip or a girls trip or Boys trip. We enjoyed every minutes there.

This apartment was exactly what we needed! The view from the balcony was stunneing and the host was awesome.

Vasiliy, Alex, and Nico were great hosts. They offered great suggestions and responded to any needs quickly. The hot water lasts for about 5 minutes. It was fine with us because the weather was so hot. A room temperature shower felt great. If I ever went back to Punta Cana, I would stay with Vasiliy. He has several places to offer. The heat and humidity were too hot for my temperament. The A/C in the bedrooms was a nice reprieve from the heat.

From beginning to end, this was the perfect trip and mostly due to this home and it's owners. Vasiliy and Alex were awesome to deal with and were always available. The location of the home is perfect and the views from every room were amazing. It's also very safe. We traveled with our teenagers who of course wandered, and we were never worried. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out. There were tons of lounge chairs and umbrellas always available. Walk to all restaurants and some shopping. You'll need to take the city bus to get to the big grocery store/shopping but we never did that. Just get some snacks and alcohol at BAM and eat out at dinner. Vasiliy will arrange anything you want. Of course the guys on the beach would love to help you too! My kids went parasailing right off our beach. Vasiliy provides plenty of water. The AC costed us $99 for the week. The stairs were no big deal unless you have bad knees. Plenty of towels/beach towels were provided and nice big ones! This place is amazing and I highly recommend it!!! We just got home and I am already trying to figure out how to get back. Thanks Vasiliy and Alex!!

Beautiful home located right on the beach looks exactly like photos . Be sure to read descriptions for the place to make sure you understand good . Other than that everything was okay

I enjoyed my stay at this villa. The host was excellent at responding timely. Please be aware that there are many steps to get to the villa, so if you are handicap challenged, I would not recommend this particular villa. Great location and people were friendly. Minus a few updates to the place, which could be wear and tear due to the weather, I would recommend.

Vasiliy and his assistant Alex are amazing! The response time was almost immediate. We had an unexpected situation and Alex and Vasiliy went above and beyond to make sure we had proper accomodations. The unit and the views are as breathtaking as they appear in the photos. The house is right on the beach. Arranging excursions and transportation were a breeze! Per the description all of the markets, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. I would suggest this house for any group!

The view from this place is incredible! With that said, you do have to hike up several flights of stairs so with the kids and the luggage it was a little bit of a hassle. Vasiliy was very fast with answering any questions and Alex was amazing and always available. He also had wonderful recommendations on activities for our family. They even had a blow up mattress for the kids to sleep on. We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our group and this place comfortably fit everyone. Also, love the neighborhood we were in. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The view from the balcony is incredible and just as the picture shows. The apartment is well equipped but is beginning to show signs of wear. On the positive side, we did have some issues like no power a couple of time, AC broken and a toilet that didn't work but Vasiliy always responded with in 5 minutes and had someone over there immediately to fix. On the negative side, this is more a Dominican Republic comment and not the apartment, you can't drink the water so must use bottled water and the sewage systems across the island are bad. You can not put any toilet paper in toilets so all paper must go in trash cans. Also, the language barrier is a bit tough. Very few people spoke English so hard to communicate with shop owners and waiters. Vasiliy and Alex spoke very good English so that helped. One suggestion we found out late was you are right next to Secrets All Inclusive Resort. You can buy a day pass for $55 a day from 7am to 5pm and enjoy all their facility including food and drink. You can easily walk there on the beach. Its a beautiful property. We also went to a private beach called Playa Blanca which is on the Caribbean side of the island down by the airport. There the water is more turquoise and the beach was beautiful. They just ask that you buy drinks or food. There was no pressure to do either but waiters were always around to ask for anything to take care of you while on the beach.

The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. Vasiliy and the team are great and very responsive. Alex was very helpful and let us know about the popular activities and where the good food was. Furthermore Vasiliy went above and beyond on any questions and requests we had. Truly had a great time during our stay.

Hands down Vasiliy and the team provide first class service! We stayed for 1 night and it's a night we will never forget. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, he's very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with all accommodations. I booked all my transportation needs through Vasiliy and the drivers were all amazing. Crazy thing is I'm Dominican and never been to this side of the island and let me just say that I regret not doing it sooner. The location and area of the home is beyond great with amazing views. You have a lot of options within walking distance to shop and eat. Also, after weeks of trying to propose to my now fiancé in Boston and not being able to do it cause of the weather, I was able to pull it off thanks to Vasiliy, his wife, and her assistant. I'm glad that it happened in Punta Cana and I will forever remember Vasiliy and his team for this. By the way, Alex was great and a pleasure to talk to! We will be visiting more properties in the near future. Thank you guys for everything!

Best place in Bravado. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Our family of four stayed for a week and loved it, including our two teenagers. Vasiliy runs a word class operation and his nephew Alex is a fantastic host. He made great suggestions for food and excursions. We recommend the dune buggie trip! Beautiful walks up and down the beach and very safe. Lots of private security in the area and police. Several really good places to eat well within walking distance. Just ask for recommendations when you check in. We had a rental car and suggest one for anyone that wants to do some private exploring. Go ahead and book your trip to this place today. You won't go wrong!!!!!

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach. It is a very comfortable base of operations. You can open all the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breezes and listen to the surf as you fall asleep. There are several markets and restaurants within a short walk. The is no real need for a car.

From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands with Vasiliy! He is so prompt with responses, his communication is efficient and thorough. Nothing is too small or petty when you ask (and we asked some silly questions). We felt safe and well taken care of once we arrived in the DR. Vasiliy provided us with transportation that was there waiting at the airport for us. He also provided us tips that we needed to navigate customs/immigration. We were greeted by Alex, who was the nicest, and he made sure we had everything we needed and were pleased with our surroundings. I think we were all dumb founded by the view, if it were even possible, it is prettier than the pictures! Alex explained everything to us and provided us with his contact info. The place was spotless and beautiful. The beach is safe and gorgeous! The patio was a dream, many hours were spent admiring the incredible views. Vasiliy and Alex gave wonderful food and excursion recommendations! We could not have had a better stay. Everything was beyond perfection!

Vasiliy was great to work with. I was off my game in some of the booking aspects ( accidentally booked the wrong week!!) and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The level of service during the stay from him and Alex was responsive as well. They have a tough job compared to other Air Bnb hosts as the Dominican is tougher from a language and logistical standpoint than other places, but they rise to the occasion. The place was great and right on the beach as advertised.

I honestly don't know where to begin! Everything was simply amazing. The communication was wonderful between Alex and Vasiliy throughout our entire vacation. Anything we needed they provided and were able to answer any questions we had. The condo/apartment is beautiful and the deck that looks over the beach was the best part. During the rain, we were still able to sit outside because it is partially covered and enjoy dinner and some games. The local market is within a 5-10 minute walk, with some cute and quaint restaurants along the way. Never once did we feel unsafe. The beach is beautiful and relatively quiet in comparison to the resort beaches. The beds were comfortable, the windows and doors created a great breeze during the day, and the air conditioning made it perfect for sleeping at night. By far one of the most beautiful places we have stayed and the hosts are top-notch! Thanks for a great vacation, despite the weather. We made so many wonderful memories, and had some fantastic times!

Vasiliy and Alex (his manager) are amazing to work and plan with for all your vaca needs. His attentiveness is beyond 5 stars. Literally responds to requests in minutes! Every question and answered and even things we didn't think of were taken care of. The house was amazing and the views spectacular. The house was clean with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had all the necessities needed. I can say without a doubt that this was my most favorite vacation ever. Thanks Vasiliy and Alex for taking the time to make us have such wonderful experience. A five star rating isn't enough, it was beyond our best expectations

Location was amazing, right on the beach! Everything was provided for us (transportation to and from the airport, beach towels, water) and Vasiliy's prompt responses made our trip so much easier!

I missed my flight and unfortunately didnt get to experience the AMAZINGNESS of this place. My coworkers raved about the place and it was just how the pictures and reviews said it would be. Vasiliy set up transportation and answered every question within minutes prior to arrival. I want to come back to PUNTA CANA just to say I got to stay here!

I can't think of any other place that would stay. This is my home every time I come back. It was everything they said and more. The host was very helpful. Well worth my money. I will be back.

5 stars All The Way!!! My group and I had an awesome vacation. This home is amazing, Vasiliy and Alex were very helpful and always maintained communication when we needed. We loved the neighborhood, restaurants and amenities in the area, location, location, location.... The security team and staff working nearby were great too. Any concerns were minimal and were addressed with Alex. We highly recommend this home, Vasiliy and his team.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Vasiliy and his nephew Alex are extremely helpful and accommodating. The beach is beautiful. The wifi is great as well, it is even accessible on the beach. I was extremely pleased with my stay. I would definitely stay here or at any other properties owned by Vasiliy again.

Vasiliy and family did a wonderful job of servicing our vacation needs why we were in town. We love the location and plan to rebook again soon. That should say it all.

This was my very first airbnb experience and it surpassed all of my expectations. Vasiliy organized transportation to and from the airport, explained everything clearly, gave us fantastic recommendations, and was an overall great host. The home itself is in the perfect location and is a gorgeous space. I am already planning my return trip!
