Vasiliy es muy hospetalario. Hace todo para que sus huéspedes se sientan más que bien en su penthouse. Responde inmediatamente a cualquier inquietud. El penthouse es muy espacioso y acogedor.

Beautiful penthouse apt very centrally located to get an authentic experience. Secure, gated building so felt safe—we were 6 young American girls a bit hesitant to stay outside a resort, but had zero safety issues and the value was unbeatable. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great local beach bars were a minute’s walk away, as was a grocery market that became the perfect meeting point for tours, etc. the best beaches and clubs were a short cab away. Thanks for a great stay in the DR!

To start, this place is gorgeous and in a beautiful location. We were so lucky to be amongst the locals and get a genuine, authentic, experience of all that the Dominican Republic has to offer. Myself and 4 other friends were able to stay here comfortably. The balcony gives a gorgeous view and gives a very homey vibe as you get to interact with other residents. The upstairs deck is FLAWLESS. The "hot tub" isn't heated, but it's still fun nonetheless as it has jet streams and all the fun stuff. Only thing worth mentioning, we had an incident with one of the "security" personnels that had us feeling a bit unsafe, but thankfully Yulia, our assistant was very responsive and made sure the situation was take care of. Other than that, our stay here was everything we dreamed of. I hope to stay here again during my next visit to the DR!

Check in was quick and painless as was the checkout. Vasiliy and his team were super responsive, since BEFORE the trip. They were very willing to help accommodate my group with anything we needed prior to arrival making the transition from airport to airbnb and back PAINLESS! Would 10/10 recommend. Upon our checkin we found fresh limeade in the fridge, for all of the guests! Not at all necessary but a very nice considerate touch. We were all impressed and thankful. The airbnb was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed the space FULLY. Thank you Vasiliy!

Great place in an amazing location!!! At the same time, Vasiliy and his assistant Anna are great hosts. They both worked very hard to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Vasiliy’s place it’s a great place to have a wonderful Caribbean Vacation. It is suitable for a group of people as ours was. The second floor is perfect to have a game of cards or dominoes or just read a book and it has a nice view also.

Vasily offered us a great welcome and check in process. We were even able to check in a little early, which was great especially after a long trip. The unit was definitively what we expected. It was clean, big, the terrace on the top really spacious and welcoming, although there was not enough lighting to allow hanging out there at night, which was when we really had a chance to enjoy it. We were a little taken by all the noise in the complex until late hours in the night, which our understanding is that is not suppose to happen. Even with the windows closed and blasting AC, you could still hear the noise from other units. We tried to turn the TV on, but we couldn't figure out how to do it... we really didn't call Vasily to figure out how to turned it on because we probably were not going to be able to hear it anyways. I would recommend placing a TV in the room so guests can watch some TV while laying in bed and in the AC. ;-) Nearby restaurants were very convenient and very good! Taxis are right down the street, just a short walk from the unit. Lio Beach Restaurant was really good, Wacamole, a Mexican place had the most delicious food and drinks... Tours are very close by, no need to take a taxi if you want to do one of the local water activities, just a short walk. The beach was not welcoming at all, because of the algae which they said is a "season thing", of course this didn't have anything to do with the unit, but it would affect someone's vacation during this time of the year. Overall, the unit, the cleanliness, and the service was there, and yes I would recommend this unit to big parties who can maximize the huge space this unit has to offer.

My family had an amazing stay at Vasily’s place. We felt at home. Nico was very helpful throughout the time, and hosts often checked in to see if everything was fine. Everything was just as described in the house. The view was amazing, and literally 5 minute walk away from the beach, 4 flights down for the pool, and a tub upstairs! Loved it!

Well this is an excellent place, near to the beach, Anna and Vasiliy are excellent hosts, the penthouse is so lovely with an excellent view! Anna always helped me to find nice places thank you guys !

The place was great in a good location plenty of things to do an see and eat

Our stay here was great! If you're looking for 5 star luxury, this may not be the place for you. But it is a great homey, affordable option for a more local experience. There were 6 of us and this was the perfect amount of space. The party deck is great and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails up there daily. Minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Sadly when we arrived we learned the beach was covered in seaweed and smelled awful. Anna who checked us in offered some great beach alternatives nearby and arranged transportation. Within a few days, the beach was much better and we were able to enjoy it. The pool looked nice the day we arrived but only got greener and murkier during our stay so we stuck to the beach!During check in there was a small in one bathroom and we were missing a few items. Anna got these fixed right away and her or Vasiliy were always available to answer any questions. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby like lio beach and wacamole and did all our grocery shopping close by too! Would definitely recommend

Great place in a great location! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and markets. You must visit Citrus and have Vasily coordinate an excursion through Scape Park!

This location was awesome. The ammenites were suiting for everything I wanted to experience on my trip. The location has vibrant friendly people and you will get a great look at the vibrant people of Punta Cana

This rental is in a great location. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Place is very spacious. We were a family of 5 adults and a baby, and we had plenty of room. Vasily answered all my email as soon as possible before I got there and while I was there also. We were assisted by Anna when we got there who was extremely helpful and wonderful.

A clean, spacious and nicely furnished multi-floor apartment near the beach in Punta Cana. We enjoyed using the kitchen and barbecue for cooking and sitting up on the roof deck and on the balcony. There was a grocery store nearby and we were able to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from a local truck. Vasiliy and his cousin took great care of us, making sure we had plenty of water and that taxis were booked to go to the airport. My only complaint is that, like everywhere else we went in Punta Cana, there is lots of loud thumping music at night. If you have trouble sleeping when there is noise, I suggest packing some earplugs no matter where you decide to stay.

This place has everything you need and is close to a lot of good restaurants, shops, and clubs. If you are looking for a getaway with friends, this is the place. The pool isnt in the best condition though. Also you need to be comfortable with walking the streets in the Dominican (which this area felt safe enough). Definitely recommend it!

Perfect location, near beach, many excursions to do, grocery store, gift shops and delicious restaurants all within walking distance ! Me and my friends had a great time. Place was very spacious as well, a home away from home. Vasiliy was very helpful with arranging transportation to / from airport and easy to communicate with.

This place is really close to a nice beach and lots of restaurants. Keep in mind that DR is not first world and you are not in a resort. Sometimes the water shuts off in the building without warning. When we checked in there was a huge bubble Of water hanging down from the master bedroom ceiling. Vasiliy’s asst checked us in and when we noticed the bubble he immediately had someone come and drain it for us. The tub on the roof definitely does not get hot so just forget using it. There is a pool at the complex that is okay but you really just want to head down to the beach. The roof is gorgeous and a great place to hang out, it’s shaded for daytime which is great. We were 6 adults and one baby and we were very comfortable. The place is very clean, no bugs! The fixtures in the master bath were a bit janky, ie the towel rack was broken and the hook for the shower head fell apart pretty easily but we put it back together. Everyone had a nice time. We went out a few times for dinner and breakfast and the beach was super close!!!!

Vasiliy's rental fit our needs very well. It is spacious and its proximity to the beach is unbeatable. His staff was very responsive to our maintenance needs so that was an added plus. My only issue was with the speaker visible in the photos for the rental. It is almost impossible to connect to it using bluetooth or any type of digital cables. I believe it needs a pre-loaded SD card or something like that in order to be used. Therefore I recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to enjoy some music during the little time you will actually be in the rental and not on the beach.

The service and communication was impeccable it was like we were in the same room. The house was exactly like the pictures. Helpful neighbors, a knowledgeable host Alex, a swifty handyman Nico and as promised Superhost Vasilly. The sun tanning deck provides the most beautiful view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I, along with our 3 children (18, 15, 11) spent a week at Vasily's condo in Bavaro/Punta Cana. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Condo was exactly as the represented on the website. The place was very clean, neatly decorated, spacious and in a vibrant location (literally 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, transportation, etc). We arranged transport both to and from the airport through Vasiliy and had no problems whatsoever. We were quickly checked in by Anna upon arrival at the condo and had access to her and Alex anytime we had questions about the condo, neighborhood or things to do. We spent about half of our time exploring the beaches, restaurants and town close to the condo. We really like eating near the water so I highly recommend Onno's Taco Tuesday about 1/4 mile up the beach and an afternoon/dinner at Jellyfish which sits out on the point about a mile south and has chairs and daybeds right on the beach. The restaurants in town are excellent too - you really can't go wrong. Waucomole is a great place as well as Balicana if you like Asian. BAM Market worked out nicely for a place to pick up snacks, breakfast food, drinks, and for food for the days we cooked dinner at the condo. We also took three day trips. One day we went to scape park for ziplining and a swim in Hoya Azul. Incredible experience. Another day we spent the whole day at Catalina Island snorkeling, swimming, eating, exploring and having an awesome family day. This was a true Caribbean experience that our family won't forget. Both of these excursions were set up directly with Anna and Alex respectively and they were of the highest quality. One day we also chartered a fishing boat through Mike's Marina (highly recommend). Despite some rough ocean that day, we had a terrific captain and mate with good experience. We caught a few fish including a 35lb mahi mahi that we fileted up and split with the crew. We brought our half back to the condo, cooked it up on the grill and, along with some local sides and beverages, had a terrific evening on the rooftop patio overlooking the town. The only negative I would share is that it pretty loud at night, usually from 8 to about 11 or so as the resort across the street puts on a concert that is quite noisy. We didn't care all that much but I can see where it might be bothersome to some. Other than that, we felt safe the whole time we were there, the location was perfect for a great island experience and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and fun (especially the rooftop deck). For our family, it was a terrific place to spend our week and provided access to everything we had hoped for in our vacation.

awesome spot with hot tub and rooftop. kitchen was nice and the area was very fun. check in was very easy and the vasiliy checked in multiple times to make sure everything was good. very clean and nice.
