Our stay at the Penthouse was fantastic, we had a party of nine all ranging different ages including a toddler ( 2 year old). The house itself is very spacious and has plenty of space for everyone to pick a corner and enjoy some quiet time. The top floor was perfect for our younger crowd with entertainment and a hot tub. The greatest perks include a five minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants and small grocery stores. Everything is accessible, it is a central location which is always a must. Vasiliy and his team are great host very accommodating and very responsive to our questions and needs. We always felt well taken care of, he was able to set up our transportation to and from the airport and excursions while we were there. I highly encourage for those visiting NOT to exchange money at the airport and to wait until you get into town. Your money will be exchanged at a higher rate in town. Hopefully you decide to stay at Vasiliy's penthouse! We enjoyed our 9 days! Check out CocoBongo and Park Scape two thumbs up!!
This place is so much better than the photos. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and two of the three have a private terrace as well. The upstairs bedroom/terrace/bathroom is super private and had luxurious patio couches that were amazing for sunbathing! There is plenty of cold bottled water available at the house, AC in each room, and is within a 2 minute walk to the insanely picturesque beach, 4 minutes from 3 great restaurants and a market, and 1 minute from my favorite juice bar and popcicle stand. The promptness in response from the host was unparalleled. I travel for business frequently and rarely do I get immediate attention when there is an issue. The host and his family are amazing! They arranged my transport and offered to help with tours and excursions too and always had a fair price. All in all, I honestly can't wait to bring my boyfriend back here for a proper vacation to enjoy this house so much more. Stay here.. you will NOT regret it!!!! <3
Me and 2 friends stayed at Vasiliy's luxury apartment this summer and it was nothing short of excellent. He was extremely hospitable and very clear and helpful in his communication. The apartment itself was lovely, the pictures are a very good representation of the actual set up. The location is second to none, it's in close proximity to a strip of nice restaraunts and bars which were great fun!
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, the professional yet welcoming nature of Vasilily put us at ease and allowed us to really enjoy our stay. He offered advice for the rest of our vacation with excursions and transport.
If I could give this 6 stars I would.
Vasiliy's apartment is amazing! There is a breathtaking from the balcony which overlooks the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with water, coffee, and other essentials. There are air conditioners in each bedroom to cool off from the hot sun and humidity. There is also wifi.... and it works great!
Not only is the apartment great, but so was the service! Vasiliy was very responsive anytime I would message him. My friends and I stayed at the apartment to host a bachelorette party and Vasiliy and his wife provided balloons and champagne! His assistants are also great. When we first arrived to the apartment, we were worried we would have to bring our bags up 3 flights of stairs. Vasiliy's team brought all of our bags up, gave us a tour of the apartment and told us good places to eat. We were also able to set up airport transfers through Vasiliy which was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. Overall, we had a great experience!
I really enjoyed my stay at Vasiliy's place it was very conveniently located right on the beach we found plenty of great restaurants in the area within walking distance of the apartment. Vasiliy and his staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs responding in a timely fashion when needed
We loved our vacation! The location was fantastic. We literally did not have to put shoes on in the morning and walk right out to the beach. There was everything we needed within close walking distance. A few restaurants on the beach as well as off the beach. A market and pharmacy were close as well.
Vasily and staff were great and had immediate contact whenever we needed anything. We look forward to traveling there again someday!
We had a great experience at Vasiliy's place! If you have children this is the place to go! My daughter had plenty of space to run around, different pools to pick from, they even had a small playground for her to play. The location was perfect it was a very quite neighborhood, walking distance to a local shopping center. Vasility and his staff truly take the extra step to make your stay extra special!
We had an amazing experience! 100% recommended. The villa is super spacious, we were 8 and fitted comfortably. It is also close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and attentive.
I was more than pleased with this spot. Me and boys really enjoyed ourselves. The view was breath taking. Just like the pictures. The owners were very nice and professional. I saw reviews about going up several flights of stairs but they do have a small elevator available. The beach area is also lovely. Plenty to do during the day as far as activities but also great for relaxation.
You will not regret booking Vasiliy’s place. This place is just as wonderful as the photo’s show it to be. Vasiliy’s cousin checked us in. He does a quick run-through of the home and seems to be pretty knowledgeable about the area. The home is located on the 3rd floor of a 3-building fenced in area. There is a shared pool, but you probably won’t spend much time in it since you have the beach that is literally a minute walk away and a private (non-heated) Jacuzzi on the upper level. The upper level is beautiful. It’s very alive and is great for relaxing with some drinks and firing up the bbq. There is a speaker and a bar area up there, so it is easy to keep the party alive. All of the rooms are big and have closets. Most importantly, all of the rooms have A/C. We had people in all 3 rooms and ran the A/C from probably 9PM to 8AM over a 4 night stay. Our electricity bill came out to be $45. There is a Culligan Water dispenser (filtered water dispenser) in the kitchen, so you don’t have to worry about loading up on water bottles. Don’t drink the tap water. The two showers on the main level worked fantastically, we never used the upstairs shower. The kitchen has most of what you will need (including spices/cooking oil). You will be supplied with bath and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer if needed. The electrical sockets are the same as those in the United States. We saw 0 bugs other than a few mosquitos, which got into our house only because we left the patio doors open during the day, but there was literally less than 10 mosquitos that we saw. There is also a safe for any personal items that you want to lock away, though the area is fenced in with security at the doors. The place is a 5-minute walk to all of the restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops. It’s a safe walk, we never felt threatened. You’ll be approached constantly by the taxi driver’s and people who will tell you they have everything, but just brush them off with a polite “no thank you” and you’ll be on your way. Citrus (Caribbean) was by far our favorite of the restaurants. There are 2 grocery stores that have a great selection. One thing we had trouble finding was meat. They have some fresh meat which seems a little sketchy and the frozen meat didn’t look very appealing. The gift shops you can bargain at… please don’t pay $30 for a $5 ring. All of the shops/restaurants/grocery stores accepted American dollars. The only negative comment I have is the transportation that we booked with Vasiliy. When we arrived at our airport, after waiting almost 30 minutes, our driver was no-where to be found. We ended up going with a taxi driver waiting outside of the airport. We paid $80 for...
Great location, everything is close and near by. Nice restaurants good food and assume local gift and shopping spots. Rite on the beach, the view is amazing from the condo. And Alex communication is very fast helpful, he's a nice,cool and very Professional. Would differently come again.

Any future travelers, you're going to love the the penthouse top floor! Nice place to spend the day if you don't have the energy to go out. It's located in the heart of downtown and a 40second walk to the beach.

The hot water lasts for about 5 minutes. It was fine with us because the weather was so hot. A room temperature shower felt great.
If I ever went back to Punta Cana, I would stay with Vasiliy. He has several places to offer. The heat and humidity were too hot for my temperament. The A/C in the bedrooms was a nice reprieve from the heat.
The place was very clean and convenient. Right by the beach, restaurants and market in walking distance. All the towels they provided was so fluffy and clean I loved it. Shower and AC worked great. They made sure everything was ok and when there are issues they took care of it right away. Coffee, tea, salt, Sugar etc all the basic stuff were there for us. The home exceeds all expectations. Vasiliy was very attentive and Alex, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of. I definitely recommend for anyone to spend their time in Punta Cana here!
