Private Resort – Best Punta Cana Family Vacation

Vasiliy as always was very attentive to any needs we had. He helped us with transportation and made early check out (7 a.m.) by our request. The property is clean and tidy.

The stay here was one of the most memorable moments in my life. I am traveling to this paradise every year. So, I know every hiding places there. My friend recommended me Vasiliy as a good host. They were wrong. I have not met a person who could organize everything as perfect as he did it with his team. My apartment was very clean & as advertised. This team responded immediately to any questions. We always felt very safe. The apartment was reasonably equipped. Everything we needed to - we had. There were no problems to ask them to get smth or do a favor. They did it fondly. Thank you for everything, guys!

Apartment is great with excellent location. ACs are very powerful and place was very clean. They respond very quickly to messages. Anna was very helpful with local tips. I would definitely recommend.

We rented this place for 10 nights and had a fantastic vacation. it is located in a little community with restaurants very close by. the steak house a few steps away. Very clean! About a 5 minute walk to the beach! Rental manager is one of the best for making sure your vacation is perfect! We would rent here again!

Vasiliy was a wonderful help when our travel plans were affected by bad weather. He was flexible with checking us in and very prompt with his replies. Anna was also excellent throughout the trip, helping us with whatever we needed. By far the best service and interaction I have had from a host on airbnb and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent location amazing place ! 3 perfectly decorated and functional bedrooms . Bathroom in each bedroom. Great showers ! Tons of towels for showers and beach . So authentic and pretty. Tons to do by walking a few min. Beach is basically in your back yard !! We just loved it and will be back for sure !!!

Vasiliy’s place was perfect for my family. It’s more than enough for the price you pay. Vasiliy’s cousin was very nice to us and was always available to answer any questions we had. It’s a beautiful place in a relaxing environment. My family and I would definitely come back.

I along with my friends had a fantastic stay at this beach house. Great location, clean, amazing help from Anna (hospitality, booking excursions, local tips). Great Location: The Airbnb is literally a 30 second walk from the beach. The area feels more secluded and private with still great access to small restaurants, plus a security gate with 2 guards at all times. Clean and beach-decor: Each one of the rooms was spotless, more than enough bedding, and even fresh flowers. The place is ready for a week at the beach with all of the creature comforts, plus A/C, cable, full kitchen, and amazing view. Fantastic value: We visited during the off-season and were still impressed with the value. We were extremely impressed by Vasiliy's hospitality, and even more by Anna, who's the property manager that helped us book excursions, taxis, and find all the great spots and restaurants. Overall, 5 stars and would definitely come here again. Thank you Vasiliy and Anna!

We spent the final two nights of our Punta Cana holiday at this property and we weren't disappointed! Having spent the previous 5 nights in an all inclusive resort, we worried that moving to an Airbnb would feel like a step down but it was quite the opposite - it was lovely having our own space and the chance to explore the local area. We really appreciated that all of the bedrooms were en-suite. It was lovely waking up in the upstairs bedroom as it had great views, was flooded with natural light and there was a lovely breeze when the windows were open. There were loads of restaurants a few steps from apartment which I wish we had more time to try. We had a tasty breakfast at Joy on our last day and had ordered some pizzas from one of the restaurants the night before. Communication was great with both Vasiliy and Anna (who checked us in and out). At one point, we had an issue with the hot water but on messaging Anna, she replied promptly and sent someone directly to us to rectify the situation. The apartment was in what felt like a very safe location, minutes from the beach and a short walk away from supermarkets, more restaurants, bureau de change etc. We would definitely return :).

If you're looking for a place to stay in Punta Cana, look no further. Vasiliy's apartment is perfect for anyone who's looking to feel submerged in the culture while still getting the resort hospitality. At this house, you're with in walking distance to tons of DELICIOUS restaurants, the beach, and some markets in case you want to do your own cooking. Vasiliy and his staff are available to you any time you need them and they will look out for you completely. 10 out of 10, I would stay there again for sure!

We had a memorable vacation in DR ! Vasiliy's place was centrally located , close to shops and great restaurants and was gated and secured . We especially loved Anna ..she was very helpful giving us tips ..arranged for our excursions and public transportations and was always available when we had questions.. we had some.minor issues our first night in the villa but she made sure everything was corrected and fixed ,making our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible . An excellent spot for people looking to have an experience outside of a resort. Live like a local at your own speed. Clean and comfortable house with all you need. I’d suggest renting a car if you want to do things outside of the beach. Incredible host!

We stayed here for only one night before entering a resort for the rest of the week. Very impressed with location as we could easily walk to 7 different restaurants. Always felt safe(security at front gate was nice). Ana not only checked us in but drove us around the area to point out restaurants that she recommended and the way to the beach. She was always available to answer questions and arranged a ride for us to leave with taxi service. The small “villa” area was beautiful. Pictures don’t really do it justice. Small fresh juice restaurant served great popsicles and awesome simple Dominican breakfast. The overall compound wasn’t in the greatest overall condition (area/apartment) but nothing is absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay again. Small tip which Ana gave that really helped, any guy on the beach or town asking you to “come shopping” is usually selling you vastly overpriced crap. Never except the first price. I usually halved their initial offer and they would relent eventually.

This place was amazing. Me and 3 friends came down tow celebrate my 25th birthday. I am so glad we chose to stay here. It has everything we needed. It was close to the beach which was our main reason for coming. Communication was amazing. They also help set up transportation and different tours for us. If I ever come back I know where I am staying!

Vasiliy's villa was in a great, secure location. Very clean space that is perfect for a family of group of friends traveling to Punta Cana for vacation. 3 bedrooms that each had their own bathroom. Very strong wifi which was great. Anna checked us into our villa and she did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. She answered all the questions we had about things to do in Punta Cana and places to eat in the area. She was very nice and I would recommend any property she works for to my friends. The Villa was steps away from a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and 15 minutes away from a mall and numerous tourists excursions and casinos. I definitely would stay at this villa the next time I travel to Punta Cana.
