What a great place! We had a 5 night stay here and got back yesterday! .In a secure complex with spectacular views.
We spent a lot of time in and out on the beach and sitting around the table! This meant we were able to cook breakfast make our own mojitos and have a lovely time staring out at the views within each other’s company.
We barely used the AC as you get a lovely sea breeze coming through.
Vasiliy, Anna and Nico responded as soon as possible and were very accommodating. If you are looking for a very relaxing beach apartment, with excellent communication with the host then this is definitely the one!!
We stayed here for only one night before entering a resort for the rest of the week. Very impressed with location as we could easily walk to 7 different restaurants. Always felt safe(security at front gate was nice). Ana not only checked us in but drove us around the area to point out restaurants that she recommended and the way to the beach. She was always available to answer questions and arranged a ride for us to leave with taxi service. The small “villa” area was beautiful. Pictures don’t really do it justice. Small fresh juice restaurant served great popsicles and awesome simple Dominican breakfast. The overall compound wasn’t in the greatest overall condition (area/apartment) but nothing is absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay again. Small tip which Ana gave that really helped, any guy on the beach or town asking you to “come shopping” is usually selling you vastly overpriced crap. Never except the first price. I usually halved their initial offer and they would relent eventually.
Right on the beach, which is what we wanted. Although you can sleep 8, the air mattress can accommodate 2 small people or children at most. Do not assume the sofa is a sofa bed like we did. Do not expect everything to look exactly as the pictures as time has passed since then. The price was right for us and will definitely use again. Very friendly staff and great communication.
This place was amazing. Me and 3 friends came down tow celebrate my 25th birthday. I am so glad we chose to stay here. It has everything we needed. It was close to the beach which was our main reason for coming. Communication was amazing. They also help set up transportation and different tours for us. If I ever come back I know where I am staying!
Vasiliy's villa was in a great, secure location. Very clean space that is perfect for a family of group of friends traveling to Punta Cana for vacation. 3 bedrooms that each had their own bathroom. Very strong wifi which was great. Anna checked us into our villa and she did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. She answered all the questions we had about things to do in Punta Cana and places to eat in the area. She was very nice and I would recommend any property she works for to my friends.
The Villa was steps away from a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and 15 minutes away from a mall and numerous tourists excursions and casinos. I definitely would stay at this villa the next time I travel to Punta Cana.
A clean, spacious and nicely furnished multi-floor apartment near the beach in Punta Cana. We enjoyed using the kitchen and barbecue for cooking and sitting up on the roof deck and on the balcony. There was a grocery store nearby and we were able to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from a local truck. Vasiliy and his cousin took great care of us, making sure we had plenty of water and that taxis were booked to go to the airport. My only complaint is that, like everywhere else we went in Punta Cana, there is lots of loud thumping music at night. If you have trouble sleeping when there is noise, I suggest packing some earplugs no matter where you decide to stay.
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Vasiliy! Die Wohnung ist super schön und komfortabel eingerichtet - die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber! In der Umgebung gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man super mit dem Auto erreichen konnte. Anna hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sehr viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen und co gegeben!
Wir waren mit dem Appartment rundum zufrieden und würden es definitiv jeder Zeit bevorzugen 🙂
The view and location is AWESOME. Unbeatable. However the unit is not maintained well. It is deceiving in the pictures. One shower had a very dirty floor, (grimy), the faucets were poorly spray painted to try to look upgraded. There were pots in cupboard that were not clean. We did not have hot water in 2 of our 3 bathrooms or the kitchen for most of our stay. The host said they were trying to find someone to come out. Finally on last day, a technician determined that the breakers needed to be turned on . This is such an easy fix, that the host should have someone on staff that would know those things.
Since this is a humid climate, many windows were either difficult to open or wouldn't open. Again, this is a maintenance issue.
Our hostess, Anna, was nice and accommodating for the duration of our stay for the normal items, water, towels etc. She even offered to have our clothes washed as the washer in the unit was broken. However the unit's owner, needs to do some upgrades, renovating and MAINTENANCE.

El apartamento tiene el tamaño y los espacios perfectos para una pareja o un grupo de 4 personas. La decoración es muy linda y creativa. Tiene parqueo. Aunque casi no lo usamos porque pasamos mucho tiempo fuera del apartamento, el tiempo que estuvimos dentro fue muy acogedor y no nos faltó nada. Aunque no tiene piscina, la piscina común es muy grande, tranquila y limpia. Definitivamente volvería a rentarle. Ana fue muy amable y atenta. Estuvimos de viernes en la noche a domingo y solo pagamos unos 13 o 15 dólares por el consumo de la electricidad. Tienen aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Recomendado!!
If you are looking for a spacious beachfront property with breathtaking views, you must call Vasiliy. He is phenomenal! He will provide local points of interests and trusted/recommended excursions. Property has three bed bedrooms with king size beds and three bathrooms. It was great to have such a beautiful living/dining room area that you can see the beach in every direction.

Vasiliy was an amazing host! This trip was everything and more! He was very quick with responses, had transportation ready and even went out his way to make sure that my birthday was great! This was my first time using Airbnb so I was a little uneasy but I’m so glad I did it! The apartment turned out to be just like the pictures absolutely amazing! The rooms were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the beach was the icing on the cake! You do pay for electricity but it’s inexpensive, we stayed 4 nights ( 3 couples) and our total was 41.00.
Vasiliy was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had, he even setup our pickup from the Airport. Alex was also great he gave us tips on what to do and where to go. Everything about this place including the hosts get a perfect 10 from me!
