One of the best places I’ve stayed in Punta Cana. The apartment is beautiful and clean, and has everything you need, plus more. Great communication with the host. She answered all of our questions and took care of all our concerns quickly. I had a wonderful stay here.
Our stay here was great! If you're looking for 5 star luxury, this may not be the place for you. But it is a great homey, affordable option for a more local experience. There were 6 of us and this was the perfect amount of space. The party deck is great and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails up there daily. Minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Sadly when we arrived we learned the beach was covered in seaweed and smelled awful. Anna who checked us in offered some great beach alternatives nearby and arranged transportation. Within a few days, the beach was much better and we were able to enjoy it. The pool looked nice the day we arrived but only got greener and murkier during our stay so we stuck to the beach!During check in there was a small in one bathroom and we were missing a few items. Anna got these fixed right away and her or Vasiliy were always available to answer any questions. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby like lio beach and wacamole and did all our grocery shopping close by too! Would definitely recommend
Anybody visiting Punta Cana should definitely stay in this property. The apartment villa style setup is accurate and very clean. An added bonus is working with the personal assistant who was very helpful and caring. Sign up for one of the activities to see the Adventures of Punta Cana because it’s worth the experience. I definitely recommend anybody who has a family or just a guys/girls trip to stay here. The cons about the place is that it’s a quiet family orientated residential area, so noise levels after 12 should be reduced. Besides that a excellent place, and would recommend it to all.
Vasiliy was very attentive and quick to respond to anything you needed. He and his assistant, Anna, were very helpful with setting up transportation and excursions. The place was heavily guarded, so we felt very safe and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
This is directly on the beach and within easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants. A very cute area where you can enjoy the beach and also get away from some of the bigger resorts. The apartment is comfortable and Vasiliy is extremely responsive for whatever you need. Anna, who helps to host, is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

We had a memorable vacation in DR ! Vasiliy's place was centrally located , close to shops and great restaurants and was gated and secured . We especially loved Anna ..she was very helpful giving us tips ..arranged for our excursions and public transportations and was always available when we had questions.. we had some.minor issues our first night in the villa but she made sure everything was corrected and fixed ,making our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible . Great vacation spent at Vasiliy’s apartment located at the beautiful residential Cocotal. The place was cozy, clean with all amenities we needed. We felt like home while being away from home. Special thanks to Nicholas who came fast to fix an issue we had with the TV and to Anna for being such a friendly lady who made our check in and check out so easy. Good job guys, we will be back

This rental is in a great location. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Place is very spacious. We were a family of 5 adults and a baby, and we had plenty of room. Vasily answered all my email as soon as possible before I got there and while I was there also. We were assisted by Anna when we got there who was extremely helpful and wonderful.
This place is exactly as shown. Tonny was very easy to communicate with. She was very responsive, ready to help with any outside bookings and was able to inform us with all the information we needed to know about our surrounding area. She’s was able to book our rides from our hotel in Santo Domingo to the apartment directly and then again to the airport. Showed us the restaurant and which grocery stores to shop at. Showed us to our room and gave us a thorough run down of the apartment and the roof Terrance upstairs. Everything in the apartment worked fine for us. We made dinner in the kitchen one night. However, we didnt use the bbq upstairs but it looked like it was the in pretty good shape still. AC worked in living room and bedroom. TV worked fine. Nice bedroom shower. Bed mattress was fine. Clean linens. Couldn’t really ask for a better location. Beautiful views, amazing beach takes all about 30 seconds to walk to the water from front door. Restaurants about 2 min walk maybe. Grocery stores, more bar restaurants, a few stores for a little shopping and businesses where you can book awesome tours to do. All in all great safe place! Would not hesitate to rebook and definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in the area.
