This place is amazing just like in the pictures. The water is literally right outside your window. The host is super friendly, fast to respond, any questions, any help with anything he was there to answer and take care of it right away. Definitely worth the price. The kitchen is full equipped, I had trouble turning on the stove because is tricky since is gas stove, reported the issue they sent someone to help me ASAP. I was cooking right away. The only thing is the water has a weird smell to it. But i understand that the DR sewer system is weird. That’s something that can be improve, and seem how Vasiliy was a host I’m pretty sure he will definitely take care that. Definitely recommend this place is awesome, 5+++++ stars!!!
Vasily offered us a great welcome and check in process. We were even able to check in a little early, which was great especially after a long trip. The unit was definitively what we expected. It was clean, big, the terrace on the top really spacious and welcoming, although there was not enough lighting to allow hanging out there at night, which was when we really had a chance to enjoy it. We were a little taken by all the noise in the complex until late hours in the night, which our understanding is that is not suppose to happen. Even with the windows closed and blasting AC, you could still hear the noise from other units. We tried to turn the TV on, but we couldn't figure out how to do it... we really didn't call Vasily to figure out how to turned it on because we probably were not going to be able to hear it anyways. I would recommend placing a TV in the room so guests can watch some TV while laying in bed and in the AC. 😉 Nearby restaurants were very convenient and very good! Taxis are right down the street, just a short walk from the unit. Lio Beach Restaurant was really good, Wacamole, a Mexican place had the most delicious food and drinks... Tours are very close by, no need to take a taxi if you want to do one of the local water activities, just a short walk. The beach was not welcoming at all, because of the algae which they said is a "season thing", of course this didn't have anything to do with the unit, but it would affect someone's vacation during this time of the year. Overall, the unit, the cleanliness, and the service was there, and yes I would recommend this unit to big parties who can maximize the huge space this unit has to offer.
Wonderful place. Very quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very helpful and resourceful, and easy check in and out. What you see is what you get, the place is very clean and spacious not too far from food areas across the street from the main entrance. I would definitely book again and or reccommend a friend.
My family had an amazing stay at Vasily’s place. We felt at home. Nico was very helpful throughout the time, and hosts often checked in to see if everything was fine. Everything was just as described in the house. The view was amazing, and literally 5 minute walk away from the beach, 4 flights down for the pool, and a tub upstairs! Loved it!
Loved Vasiliy’s place, everything is as seen in the pictures, cant get any closer to the beach. I Would recommend this place over a resort or hotel. You get a feel for the place, very nice locals, bars and restaurants all within close walking distance. Anna the assistant was a life saver. If you need any suggestions or questions, she answers right away. Booked all my activities through them as well so everything was as easy as could be. will def be back to vasiliy’s properties.
We spent the final two nights of our Punta Cana holiday at this property and we weren't disappointed! Having spent the previous 5 nights in an all inclusive resort, we worried that moving to an Airbnb would feel like a step down but it was quite the opposite - it was lovely having our own space and the chance to explore the local area. We really appreciated that all of the bedrooms were en-suite. It was lovely waking up in the upstairs bedroom as it had great views, was flooded with natural light and there was a lovely breeze when the windows were open.
There were loads of restaurants a few steps from apartment which I wish we had more time to try. We had a tasty breakfast at Joy on our last day and had ordered some pizzas from one of the restaurants the night before.
Communication was great with both Vasiliy and Anna (who checked us in and out). At one point, we had an issue with the hot water but on messaging Anna, she replied promptly and sent someone directly to us to rectify the situation.
The apartment was in what felt like a very safe location, minutes from the beach and a short walk away from supermarkets, more restaurants, bureau de change etc. We would definitely return :).
Each time we come to Punta Cana I contact Vasiliy. So far he has been one of the most accommodating and quick to respond hosts. This time it was only girls trip so we were looking for a quiet and most important - safe place. This apartment was perfect for us, it's in a very modern residence, views are awesome, there is security and all in all it was amazing. Anna, Vasiliy's assistant was great and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, she recommended some activities, places to visit and when one of our girls cut her finger badly she took us to a medical center. It was very nice of her and much appreciated. The apartment itself is just what we expected - clean, fresh, had everything we needed and they even put some flowers which I liked the most. We prefer to cook our food (we've had some unpleasant experience at some Punta Cana places) so we could find everything we needed to cook for a group of 5. There were paper towels, drinking water (they provide more if you run out of it), we found coffee, pepper, salt and other basic stuff which was great as we didn't have to bother and bring it ourselves. I am definitely coming back to Vasiliy's places as I know that everything will be taken care of. Vasiliy, thank you and your team for outstanding hospitality!

Vasiliy’s place was awesome. It was perfect for my bachelorette group of 7!! We were able to sleep and live comfortably for the 5 days we were there. Vasiliy was an awesome host as well. Always quick to respond to any issues we had and he also helped us with our excursions for 2 days. We booked our airport transfers and excursions through his company and everything went smooth. I was nervous about transportation out there but everything worked out great and we were able to walk to a bunch of restaurants nearby. Everything you need is walking distance from Vasiliy’s place.... restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, the beach, massages, etc. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms when we got there but Vasiliy sent his assistant very quickly to fix the problem. However, that particular room still didn’t get that cold. If you are used to very cold AC then please be open minded when staying here. The D.R. in general gets hot during the summer and their air conditioning and plumbing is very different than what we were used to. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.

Il se trouve dans une résidence ultra sécurisée, il faut montrer au portier la carte d’accès pour y entrer. Des vigiles circulent jour et nuit .
L accès à l immense piscine est hyper Agréable et la petite piscine en bas de l’immeuble très calme et reposante.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 10 jours chez vasili , nous nous sommes vraiment reposé.
L idéal est de louer une voiture ( 50 euros par jour ) pour aller jusqu’à la plage de Macao qui est sauvage , aucun hôtel sur le bord et épargnée des algues sargasses !!
Vasili n’était pas présent lors de notre séjour mais il a été très réactif à nos demandes. En 5 minutes nous avions une personne qui sonnait à la porte pour réparer le lave linge !!
Je recommande vivement ce logement, surtout si vous êtes joueur de golf !

This place was great! Steps from the beach, secure gated community, yet still close to local markets, restaurants, and shopping. Check in and check out were a breeze. The apartment is stylish and comfortable with many little extra touches that make you feel at home. Varsiliy and Anna really went above and beyond to organize so many things for us during our trip. If we needed anything they responded and took care of it very quickly. I can not say enough good things of our experience here. We were a little nervous about the charge for electricity at first, but even with the AC on the rate was surprisingly low! If this is your first time to the DR take advantage of all the inside tips that Varsiliy and Anna can provide!

Vasiliy’s place is EXACTLY as pictured, absolutely stunning! This was my first trip to Punta Cana and it was amazing! The location is perfect as it’s not too far from the airport and not too far from activities. Our host made Checkin/checkout a breeze and was super helpful when referring us to places to eat and local activities. I plan on returning to Punta Cana later this year and definitely plan to stay at Vasiliy’s again. You won’t regret booking this place.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay here. The home is in a gated community that felt safe and had security present. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance, some even within the gated complex. When we left the complex to walk to local restaurants and shops we remained aware of our surroundings, but never felt unsafe. As a vegan, this ended up being the perfect location to stay in Punta Cana as there were several vegan dining options (including a completely vegan restaurant) within close walking distance (Ama Luna, Joy's Nutritional Popsicles, and Wacamole). The home was well maintained, comfortable and attractive, and had good amenities. Safe drinking water is provided in a water dispenser. The rooftop deck is spacious and a great place to hang-out. Some things to be aware of are that you are not in a resort and so you should be comfortable with things like the fact that you can't flush your toilet paper, neighbors may be noisy (during our stay tourists renting the large house across from us had hired a DJ who played music at a high volume from about noon until 1am each day. It made relaxation on the rooftop deck difficult, but when we closed the door to the bedroom we couldn't hear the music), and people will try to sell you things on the beach and when you walk around town. The apartment is up several flights of stairs with no elevator access, so people with mobility issues should keep that in mind. Also, if you have small children there is a stairwell within the apartment that doesn't have a railing. The beach is right there and lounge chairs and shade umbrellas are included. You will find a lot of sea grass/ sea weed on the beach and in the water, but my understanding is that this is the case on all Dominican beaches unless staying in a resort where they remove it daily. At the end of your stay, you pay for your electricity use. We paid $15 for our 2-days. We used air conditioning when we were in in the apartment and it seemed like a reasonable fee. Anna met us at the apartment for check-in and check-out. She was friendly, gave us a lot of helpful information and recommendations, arranged transportation for us for check-out, and made sure that we knew how to contact her if any issues arose during our stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the opportunity to stay outside of a resort for a portion of our trip. We would highly recommend this place, just make sure that you are realistically prepared and not expecting a resort and/or American infrastructure and plumbing.

I stayed in this home with my girlfriends and my boyfriend on our trip to Punta Cana for my 25th birthday trip. It was 6 of us total and fit us very comfortably. The house is all on one level (3rd level) and the cabanas are on the roof (4th level), that is only accessed through stairs from our level. To get up to the home you can either go up the stairs which we preferred, or use a small elevator to get to the top. There was plenty of essentials in the kitchen, utensils, silverware, oil, seasonings, napkins ect. For water they had a cold dispenser and Ana said to let her know when it runs out so she can bring a new one. Not only was the place clean and beautiful, but the communication between Vasiliy and his assistant Ana was amazing. One of the rooms had trouble with the air conditioner and they got on it right away and came over to fix the issue. Ana recommended places nearby like markets, restaurants, bars/ clubs, excursions, and she always responded promptly to our texts. She did not have to do this, but she booked our excursions (dune buggy and Scape Park) for us and would call our taxis for us which helped us maximize our time on vacation. We all speak Spanish but having Ana help us the whole time was a huge bonus! My group and I have traveled a lot together, and used many Air B&Bs but this has been our best experience yet. I would stay here again or recommend to a friend!
