Vasiliy's place is amazing. The living space is large and beautifully furnished, with a kitchen, a living room, three balconies, and three bedrooms. It is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood that's only a minute's walk from the gorgeous, white-sand Bávaro beach. There are tons of great bars and restaurants nearby, all very easily accessible on foot (check out Wacamole!). My friends and I -- all young women -- felt very safe the entire trip. Vasiliy was a wonderful host and responded to inquiries in minutes. I highly recommend this AirBnb. You won't regret it! Thanks again Vasiliy!

The house is great, air conditioner on top floor did not work but other than that everything was good. Beds are comfortable and its close to restaurants and many stores.
The location is exactly as it appears in the photos. The little patio outside of the sliding doors is like twenty feet from the beach and the pictures you see of the beach are exactly what you get. It's beautiful right there! We arrived by taxi and our driver and several people he stopped to ask, could not get us (Website hidden by Airbnb) you might want to clarify with Vasiliy as the address alone made no sense to anyone. We eventually got dropped off at Hurricane Cafe because we knew that was nearby. We then grabbed some lunch there and then walked down the beach until we saw our place. Vasiliy had one of his assistant's meet us at the place for check-in, but we were given the wrong # so we couldn't get a hold of him to coordinate a check-in time. We eventually were able to reach Vasiliy and he got in touch with the guy and the guy was great, but it was kind of stressful there for a while. Other than (Website hidden by Airbnb) a pretty cool place. The photos are well representative of the inside as well - it's clean but not fancy. We had a lot of mosquitos but we also had the door open a lot so could have been our own fault. As for the surroundings, you walk up the single street about 1/4 mile or less and there's a market, restaurant and bars - all the food there was great! The ATM is like 3 miles away though and many places only take cash so keep that in mind.
The location couldn't be better, honestly! Right on the sand - and walking distance to a market and restaurants (our favorite was Wacamole!). Watching the sunset from the living room/porch was an absolutely joy - just so, so beautiful.
Note: there are a ton of folks (in white shirts) trying to sell you things (goods/excursions, etc.) on the beach right outside of the airbnb. Just send them off with a kind, "no thank you" and continue to ignore until they get the picture. This wasn't a huge problem for us.
Other notes: be sure to communicate clearly when you're checking in and checking out! Communication can be a little shoddy - and you want to make sure check-in and check-out are seamless.
There were a few complaints about appliances - (an A/C unit that spit on the bed when turned on, the master bathroom shower head not screwed into the wall + a completely clogged drain), which is why this property didn't get five stars from us, but hopefully the property manager fixes them!
All in all - a great stay (five stars on location alone!) for the investment.

This place is really close to a nice beach and lots of restaurants. Keep in mind that DR is not first world and you are not in a resort. Sometimes the water shuts off in the building without warning. When we checked in there was a huge bubble
Of water hanging down from the master bedroom ceiling. Vasiliy’s asst checked us in and when we noticed the bubble he immediately had someone come and drain it for us. The tub on the roof definitely does not get hot so just forget using it. There is a pool at the complex that is okay but you really just want to head down to the beach. The roof is gorgeous and a great place to hang out, it’s shaded for daytime which is great. We were 6 adults and one baby and we were very comfortable. The place is very clean, no bugs! The fixtures in the master bath were a bit janky, ie the towel rack was broken and the hook for the shower head fell apart pretty easily but we put it back together. Everyone had a nice time. We went out a few times for dinner and breakfast and the beach was super close!!!!
Vasiliy's rental fit our needs very well. It is spacious and its proximity to the beach is unbeatable. His staff was very responsive to our maintenance needs so that was an added plus. My only issue was with the speaker visible in the photos for the rental. It is almost impossible to connect to it using bluetooth or any type of digital cables. I believe it needs a pre-loaded SD card or something like that in order to be used. Therefore I recommend bringing your own speaker if you want to enjoy some music during the little time you will actually be in the rental and not on the beach.
For the price, you absolutely cannot beat the location. The space was clean, and although the pictures are accurate, it wasn't quite as nice as we thought it would be. A few small investments in the property could make this place truly perfect. We really enjoyed the walkability to everything and of course the magnificent beach which was 10 feet from our door. Our most memorable part of the stay was the beach stroll to Jellyfish and the excellent meal we enjoyed there!
Loved the stay. Sad we only got to stay 1 night but I will definitely stay in one of Vasiliy’s properties again when I return to Punta Cana. Communication was excellent, the transportation we booked through Vasiliy was prompt and friendly, space was clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only thing I would note for improvement is that I’m a single female and often travel alone. The location of the apartment is in a safe area I feel but I’d still be nervous with the only lock being the one on the door handle. But like I said, I feel like it’s a safe area of town and was never scared for my safety but I had travel partners this trip.

During our visit, we went an a day excursion with a Dominican guy named Chio. He had a small white and blue boat that read ‘glass bottom’ on the sides that he anchored near the apartment most days. We had the most wonderful time with Chio! He took us out snorkeling and to an uninhabited section of the beach where he CLIMBED a palm tree to get us coconuts. He also took us to the natural pool. It was the best $50 I spent all trip. He was a very nice guy. It was arranged through the small company next to this apartment (the orange shirt guys) but if you can work directly with Chio, he’ll make more well deserved money. We actually paid him more than requested bc we wanted to make sure he got a fair deal.

The service and communication was impeccable it was like we were in the same room. The house was exactly like the pictures. Helpful neighbors, a knowledgeable host Alex, a swifty handyman Nico and as promised Superhost Vasilly. The sun tanning deck provides the most beautiful view. Vasiliy offered transportation from the airport and when our flight was delayed over 7 hours took care of calling them the changes. It was so nice to be met and delivered straight to the door. The place is very clean and just 3 minutes from the beach, a gorgeous white sand beach with a café on the beach for those tropical drinks and cold beers. If you tell the guys renting chairs you are in Los Corales and show them the key tag you get the chairs gratis. A nice bonus! The kitchen is small but has a blender, coffee maker and toaster along with a microwave- there are 2 restaurants steps from the property and even more within 3 blocks and we used those during our stay. The gated area you stay in has beautiful landscaping and feels a bit like southern Italian architecture. I would recommend if you sleep in the top bedroom to be aware it is noisy at night because of the restaurants but you can close the windows and turn the AC on. We had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone traveling to the Punta Cana area!
We enjoyed our stay at Vasiliy's place! The rooms were gorgeous and the location was safe and secure. It is well kept, and they were very clear about fees and expectations. Our electricity was only $7 US for a four night stay, without using the air conditioning at all. We would have liked to know that we should rent a car in order to get around town or to the beach, as the walks were a difficult and long (the closest beach was $45 and didn't seem particularly safe to walk). The pool and pool area were beautiful! We were delighted by the deck area, and it was very convenient to have a water cooler with unlimited water. Thank you!
The location is excellent (close to restaurants and with a nice beach), and the hosts are very responsive. They'll help you with any issue promptly. We had an issue with cable tv, and the shower and Vasiliy and his team fixed the problem very fast.
The apartment is fine, but there are some things that could be improved to make your stay better. There is a heavy sewage odor in the bathroom and second room, maybe providing some odor eliminating products could help to decrease the smell. The kitchen is not so well equipped and the stove a bit complicated to use. If you are allergic to mosquito bites, get a good repellent (30% deet or so) because there are many mosquitos.
My wife and I, along with our 3 children (18, 15, 11) spent a week at Vasily's condo in Bavaro/Punta Cana. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Condo was exactly as the represented on the website.
The place was very clean, neatly decorated, spacious and in a vibrant location (literally 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, transportation, etc). We arranged transport both to and from the airport through Vasiliy and had no problems whatsoever. We were quickly checked in by Anna upon arrival at the condo and had access to her and Alex anytime we had questions about the condo, neighborhood or things to do.
We spent about half of our time exploring the beaches, restaurants and town close to the condo. We really like eating near the water so I highly recommend Onno's Taco Tuesday about 1/4 mile up the beach and an afternoon/dinner at Jellyfish which sits out on the point about a mile south and has chairs and daybeds right on the beach. The restaurants in town are excellent too - you really can't go wrong. Waucomole is a great place as well as Balicana if you like Asian. BAM Market worked out nicely for a place to pick up snacks, breakfast food, drinks, and for food for the days we cooked dinner at the condo.
We also took three day trips. One day we went to scape park for ziplining and a swim in Hoya Azul. Incredible experience. Another day we spent the whole day at Catalina Island snorkeling, swimming, eating, exploring and having an awesome family day. This was a true Caribbean experience that our family won't forget. Both of these excursions were set up directly with Anna and Alex respectively and they were of the highest quality.
One day we also chartered a fishing boat through Mike's Marina (highly recommend). Despite some rough ocean that day, we had a terrific captain and mate with good experience. We caught a few fish including a 35lb mahi mahi that we fileted up and split with the crew. We brought our half back to the condo, cooked it up on the grill and, along with some local sides and beverages, had a terrific evening on the rooftop patio overlooking the town.
The only negative I would share is that it pretty loud at night, usually from 8 to about 11 or so as the resort across the street puts on a concert that is quite noisy. We didn't care all that much but I can see where it might be bothersome to some.
Other than that, we felt safe the whole time we were there, the location was perfect for a great island experience and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and fun (especially the rooftop deck). For our family, it was a terrific place to spend our week and provided access to everything we had hoped for in our vacation.
Place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Quick walk to the shopping mall and grocery store, then $10 cab ride to the beaches. Beds were very firm, beds didn’t have sheets and only one room had a blanket. We only turned on the A/C when we were sleeping and it was only $15 for the 4 nights Alex was very fast to respond and helped us out a lot throughout the stay.
Perfect location, just a few meters from the beach. You do not even have to put on flipflops to go there. Also very close to all the nice restaurants and bars in that area. Vasiliy and Anna were always responding immediately to any kind of request, even the last minute late check-out request. Thanks again!
Our decision to stay at Vasiliy's place was guided by the fact that it's in a golf estate. This is despite the fact that we don't play golf. We however needed a tranquil place and golf estates usually provide that tranquility. We were not disappointed at all.
From the airport transfer arrangements, the early check-in, the duration of our stay to the check-out, Vasiliy and his crew were attentive to details that concerned our stay to the minutest detail.
Our stay was fantastic. The facility is clean, very well located and the information provided is adequate. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to unwind while remaining close to amenities of convenience and great restaurants. While we enjoyed our stay, we couldn't help noting that eating out was on the expensive side. Be prepared to spend quite a bit at restaurants around the facility.

We loved this place! It was a very nice, spacious apartment on a really nice beach. Views were incredible. Wifi worked great. It was walking distance to several delicious restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our short trip very much. The apartment is slightly more broken in than in the photos, but overall, very nice. There was a nice breeze each night and we actually didn't need the a/c. Power for the whole three days only cost $5, which was surprisingly low. Although we did not use the lights much. The only con would be that there wasn't great communication about the parking situation. There is no parking space for the unit. I wish this would have been explained to us. But we were told we could park literally anywhere, including the restaurant that was next door. Well, first night our car got locked in by a cable with the restaurant. The next day, the air was let out of one of our tires, which really screwed up the day. We ended up parking by the entrance to the community about 1/4 mile away. No problems that time. But this was an inconvenience that easily could have been avoided. The house could use a manual for that kind of thing. The host was short with us and acted annoyed on the phone. The other assistant Ana was VERY nice.

Perfect location, just a few meters from the beach. You do not even have to put on flipflops to go there. Also very close to all the nice restaurants and bars in that area. Vasiliy and Anna were always responding immediately to any kind of request, even the last minute late check-out request. Thanks again!

Our decision to stay at Vasiliy's place was guided by the fact that it's in a golf estate. This is despite the fact that we don't play golf. We however needed a tranquil place and golf estates usually provide that tranquility. We were not disappointed at all. From the airport transfer arrangements, the early check-in, the duration of our stay to the check-out, Vasiliy and his crew were attentive to details that concerned our stay to the minutest detail. Our stay was fantastic. The facility is clean, very well located and the information provided is adequate. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to unwind while remaining close to amenities of convenience and great restaurants. While we enjoyed our stay, we couldn't help noting that eating out was on the expensive side. Be prepared to spend quite a bit at restaurants around the facility. Thanks Vasiliy!

We loved this place! It was a very nice, spacious apartment on a really nice beach. Views were incredible. Wifi worked great. It was walking distance to several delicious restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our short trip very much. The apartment is slightly more broken in than in the photos, but overall, very nice. There was a nice breeze each night and we actually didn't need the a/c. Power for the whole three days only cost $5, which was surprisingly low. Although we did not use the lights much. The only con would be that there wasn't great communication about the parking situation. There is no parking space for the unit. I wish this would have been explained to us. But we were told we could park literally anywhere, including the restaurant that was next door. Well, first night our car got locked in by a cable with the restaurant. The next day, the air was let out of one of our tires, which really screwed up the day. We ended up parking by the entrance to the community about 1/4 mile away. No problems that time. But this was an inconvenience that easily could have been avoided. The house could use a manual for that kind of thing. The host was short with us and acted annoyed on the phone. The other assistant Ana was VERY nice.

awesome spot with hot tub and rooftop. kitchen was nice and the area was very fun. check in was very easy and the vasiliy checked in multiple times to make sure everything was good. very clean and nice.
