To start, this place is gorgeous and in a beautiful location. We were so lucky to be amongst the locals and get a genuine, authentic, experience of all that the Dominican Republic has to offer. Myself and 4 other friends were able to stay here comfortably. The balcony gives a gorgeous view and gives a very homey vibe as you get to interact with other residents. The upstairs deck is FLAWLESS. The "hot tub" isn't heated, but it's still fun nonetheless as it has jet streams and all the fun stuff.
Only thing worth mentioning, we had an incident with one of the "security" personnels that had us feeling a bit unsafe, but thankfully Yulia, our assistant was very responsive and made sure the situation was take care of.
Other than that, our stay here was everything we dreamed of. I hope to stay here again during my next visit to the DR!

Check in was quick and painless as was the checkout. Vasiliy and his team were super responsive, since BEFORE the trip. They were very willing to help accommodate my group with anything we needed prior to arrival making the transition from airport to airbnb and back PAINLESS! Would 10/10 recommend. Upon our checkin we found fresh limeade in the fridge, for all of the guests! Not at all necessary but a very nice considerate touch. We were all impressed and thankful. The airbnb was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed the space FULLY. Thank you Vasiliy!
Vasiliy’s place was perfect for my family. It’s more than enough for the price you pay. Vasiliy’s cousin was very nice to us and was always available to answer any questions we had. It’s a beautiful place in a relaxing environment. My family and I would definitely come back.

Even though I did my homework while booking per usual, it was quite unfortunate that we had to relocate locations 3 separate times due to being either misled on location or amenities or lack of cleanliness.
I found Vasiliy’s location last and I wish I could have found it first because not only did it have the best location, it had every kitchen item you could possibly need. At one of the other locations I mentioned, we even had to purchase our own dish soap and toilet paper!
We felt 100% safe and comfortable at Vasiliy’s rental and his staff were more than friendly and helpful! They contacted us during our stay just to make sure everything was going well and when we had a very minor issue with one of the televisions, they made it a priority and someone was there to fix it in less than 20 minutes, he was also extremely friendly.
I highly recommend visitors to always read the comments when selecting a location because if I had, my bad experience and wasted money would not have happened. If you would love to find a home away from home with constant care and service and at the safest and best location, book this rental!
I would also like to mention the assistant Anna, she was so welcoming and friendly that she didn’t feel like a stranger at all.
Vasiliy has not only a beautiful rental that we were extremely comfortable at, it was also at the very best location, but also a respectable and friendly team working with him. I am highly impressed and hope to visit them again soon!

Great place right on the beach! The unit was more than big enough for me and my guest. The roof top was a nice bonus to relax at the start and end my day. What I got for the price of the unit was amazing. The team was also extremely helpful during my stay with getting me a car, helping plan out places to go and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. It was so nice to know I had someone I could reach out to anytime. Highly recommend this place for its size, price and the ease of communication with the owners.

This place has one of the best views and beaches in the area..they keep the seaweed cleaned up well...if you want a place to stay that is private without all the resort crowds this is it!... guards at the gate and at the beach....restaurants are mins away and good.. diving just a short walk down the beach...

Great Location: The Airbnb is literally a 30 second walk from the beach. The area feels more secluded and private with still great access to small restaurants, plus a security gate with 2 guards at all times.
Clean and beach-decor: Each one of the rooms was spotless, more than enough bedding, and even fresh flowers. The place is ready for a week at the beach with all of the creature comforts, plus A/C, cable, full kitchen, and amazing view.
Fantastic value: We visited during the off-season and were still impressed with the value. We were extremely impressed by Vasiliy's hospitality, and even more by Anna, who's the property manager that helped us book excursions, taxis, and find all the great spots and restaurants.
Overall, 5 stars and would definitely come here again. Thank you Vasiliy and Anna!
If you are looking for a very cool, not expensive, 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom upper floor unit in a gated, oceanfront private resort northern section of Punta Cana, this is it. Hosts were attentive, the Playa Turquesa complex is right in the heart of a trending area, plus the added bonus of a beach restaurant and bar.

Spectacular views with gorgeous beachfront location!!! Centrally located in the middle of a pristine beach with all inclusive resorts on both sides, this penthouse apartment includes the entire 5th floor of the building with a private rooftop terrace. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included as well. Anna kindly lined up transportation from the airport and we did not need to rent a car as we walked to fine dining down the beach to Jellyfish restaurant and up the beach to TOC taco bar beach front restaurant for fish tacos and breakfast. Also just behind the building down the lane is Popsicles- fantastic breakfast and popsicles, and awesome pizza at the Italian restaurant. WE walked through the village to grocery shop. The streets are a mess with much construction, once you leave the guarded gated community.
We did use the air conditioning only in bedrooms at night to sleep as it was very hot and humid in September, costing an additional $130 for 6 nights.
The locals on the beach try to get you into their shops and are quite aggressive but really very friendly once you engage in conversation. We knew all their names after a week of daily beach walking: There was Tony downstairs, Tony next door, cheapy Tony, and Santa Clause.
FYI Never pay asking price! They expect to bargain. Its kinda fun once you get the hang of it.
I do recommend the boat excursion taking you snorkeling and to the shark petting ocean pool. You can bargain down from $50 per head.
Forget the resorts if your looking for a true Punta Cana experience. Immerse yourselves in the much more local environment while keeping the amenities you continue to want....great dining, wonderful beaches, and a plethora of adventures and excursions all within walking distance. Top it all off with wonderfully thoughtful and responsive hosts and you have a vacation made with memories for a lifetime!!
Vasiliy’s place it’s a great place to have a wonderful Caribbean Vacation. It is suitable for a group of people as ours was. The second floor is perfect to have a game of cards or dominoes or just read a book and it has a nice view also.
